As per other reviews, the location is stellar! No better beach location in town. It's right across from the beach, 2 minute walk to restaurants and grocery store, and next door to the entrance to the national park. The room itself was very clean (and the housekeeping staff excellent!). The shower/bathroom was pretty outdated and smelled pretty stale in the...

It's a couple of decades old hotel, it was clean and nice tough, and located at the very entrance of the Manuel Antonio National Park,BUT it is a little pricey compared to other hotels, you can get for the same amount plenty of hotels with swimming pool, better water pressure and also breakfast included less than a mile distance

Best part is the location. At night it is usually quiet on the beach side. Sometimes the back can get noisy in the high season. Rooms are comfortable. Beds too. Bathrooms pass but could use upgrading. Good restaurant but not great. But all in all I still love the place and its location. P.S. Make sure you have a {NEW}...

Stayed here for 2 nights. The place is a 7 out of 10. The good: quiet, clean and top location. The bad: showers are rubbish, no flexibility on check out time offered of 12pm and on the pricey side for what you get.

Hotel Manuel Antonio is across the road from the beach so it's in a great location unlike some that are in the hills. It's clean with large rooms, cable and internet although I was having a problem with the wifi in the room. There is a convenient restaurant for meals if you so desire. It's also at the last stop...

Location is great! Right across from the beach but hotel is dated, no hot water, needs better bedding. Overall it was clean. WI-FI IS terrible. No breakfast included. Hotel should also provide towel for floor in the bathroom as it becomes very slippery when wet.

The hotel is one of the oldest in Manuel Antonio (the rooms are renovated). Beach front (across the street); but Manuel Antonio is very small, so in reality there's no "bad location" (unless you stay on top of the hill). The hotel has no pool and the restaurant next door is expensive. Walking around I found much cheaper, nicer places...

This hotel is best suited for active people who do not like to stay in their room. It offers a clean room, shower, a working A/C unit and wifi. I will say the wifi was sketchy at best. You can't beat the location and the value. If you travel from San Jose, take the bus (Directo) and the Manuel Antonio...
