We stayed for only one night and had a great experience. The room was really nice, comfortable and spacious, and the staff was incredibly helpful and willing to assist if necessary. It's far away from the park but if you have a car it's not a big deal.

This place is great! My priority for choosing lodging for our Costa Rica trip was to be surrounded by nature all the time. This lodging definitely fit! The rooms are clean and air conditioned, bathrooms and showers clean and look new. Gary (the owner), Dylan and Mauricio were always available, Mauricio even brought us fresh mango while we were using... More

We stayed here for one night. Place was lovely. We stayed in the tree top suite. The hike up to the room is not for the faint of heart - make sure you're in shape! Staff is awesome very friendly and knowledgeable.

The hotel looked very good in pictures but very outdated. But the owners were down to earth super human beings and very helpful. Highly overpriced for what they offer, needless to say they are too good people. Close to everything but the place needs a major renovation . The price they charge doesn't offer the value. Won't stay again for... More

Our family loved staying at Las Cascades from March 5 - 8 (we were reluctant to depart!). The casitas, carved into the hillside, were charming, as well as very clean. We thoroughly enjoyed the jungle and ocean views from our balconies, and we were able to spot many colorful birds from these "perches," and from a multitude of spots all... More

The hotel is located just a little outside Quepos which is more of a local town than Manuel Antonio which is more tourists. This is great as you are still just 8-10 bucks away from Manuel Antonio in a taxi and 5-10 minutes walking distance from Quepos centre. The lot of the hotel is big so even with many guests... More

Our group (3 adults + 1 teen) really enjoyed our stay at Condotel Las Cascadas. We stayed in the canopy rooms that offer panoramic views of the surrounding hills. The hike up to these units is a workout- if you're in decent shape, it's well worth it!! The owner, Gary is super friendly and helpful and the accommodations (room/pool) were... More

Wonderful and sweet place to stay. Love the decorations there, so lovely. Front desk is really very helpful. Would come here again! Owner makes very good steak, worth trying! One thing to improve is the wifi connection, it is not very stable, hard to get connected, and A/C doesn't work very well during the day time.

Thanks for your beautiful review , Its been a great year , but its also been one of the hottest years on record and yes the ACs are doing their best but mid day its hard for them to keep up . Traditionally things will cool down a bit in the next couple of weeks. We have had a technician... More

We had the room on the top of the hill. It was very inconvenience for my family with 2 young kids. There was no deck, no TV and no wifi. There was not much enjoyment at the room. Everyday it was a torture climbing up the hill to the room for 4 years old.

Thanks for your review but there were only 2 of you not 4 , We appreciate fair and balanced reviews so it would have been nice to mention the time my staff spent helping you get back to San Jose . The treetop Canopy is not for every one but most of our guests love it up there , Sorry... More

This one is hard for me to write since we were only there one night. Quepos is not as touristy as Manuel Antonio but it is close enough (10 min drive) that it is not an inconvenience to get there at all. If staying in the area, Condotel is a wonderful choice. The drive up to the hotel is interesting...a... More

Thanks for your detailed review. Such a short visit but you got a lot in. The movie and a pizza night is getting more popular and we have fun doing it. Be sure to come back again when you can stay longer . Gary Rogers More
