We spent 3 of our 7 nights in Costa Rica at this hotel. When we arrived a large party of young people were checking out and when they left only 2 or 3 other rooms were being used. It was very quiet. It's got great views! We ate breakfast every morning at the poolside restaurant and it was wonderful! The... More

We stayed here for a few nights at the end of an STA tour, we were very lucky with our room as we had gorgeous views although some rooms were obscured. The staff were very friendly and the pool, bar and restaurant area was also very nice. Some of the rooms did look dated on the outside and showed signs... More

Some of the rooms in the hotel have been rehabbed but I think the majority have not. We chatted with some folks in rehabbed rooms and they said their rooms were lovely though not luxurious. Our room, however, had not been rehabbed. About a third of the bathroom ceiling and the bottom 6 inches or so of the walls were... More

The hotel is 200 mtrs from the road on a driveway that if there are cars going opposite directions one has to back up. But the rooms were clean, the bed comfortable, and the air conditioning adequate. Staff was very helpful. Lunch wasn't much but they have a decent dinner available. WiFi is available at the pool and office, though... More

The place is great. They have all what you need for an hotel. Friendly staff, Good A/C, nice and clean rooms, ood pool and immerse in the local fauna. If you do not have a private car it takes some effort to get there (in our case travelling with a big bus we could not get up to the entrance... More

We expected more after a week of adventure travel and simple hotels. We were looking forward to a bit more luxury. Half the building seemed under repairs. The entire hotel appears worn and tired. Yes the view of the beach is lovely and the men at the bar gracious, but breakfast was boring. If you do not eat eggs, then... More

I stayed here for two nights as part of my group tour. It was one of my favourite hotels on the trip. First, be forewarned, it doesn't really have anything nearby within walking distance unless you want to walk on the road and for about 20ish minutes. There's also a very steep hill you must climb up to get to... More

Stayed for 3 nights at the beginning of our trip. It took us from Santamaria airport about 2.5 hours to get there and unfortunately we got there at night. I say unfortunately because the lighting in the road that took us from Quepos downtown to the hotel was limited in addition at night it was almost impossible to see the... More

Hotel setting is great , basic but clean . Views amazing . Bar lacks drinks other than rum or vodka . Food was pretty average , chips are cold when served and waiting times can be long . That aside worth staying just eat and drink out . Bus at bottom of hill goes to town very cheaply , taxi... More

Great place, Jose, Andreas and Erick were great guys and do a great job, food and pool excellent, definitely go back. Being off season made it my own little paradise! Had breakfast with the owner before we left, great lady, just wished we could've stayed longer! Prices were cheap too
