We spent two nights at the "apartment". One of the rooms had mice droppings, I reported to the owner and recepcionist, the owner told me that Costa Rica doesn't have mice, most likely there were bat droppings...I also reported to him that the cleaning person did not clean the droppings. The front desk girl was not properly trained. We booked... More

Hotel Tres Banderas is a clean, quaint little hotel in the heart of Quepos, Costa Rica. Great staff, ideal location, and wonderful food and bar, made for a very enjoyable stay. The bar staff are always willing and ready to serve, and the owner of Tres Banderas has drawn up an excellent menu of wonderful food. Tres Banderas is located... More

The hotel was very comfortable to stay in. There are some restaurants within walking distance and a bus stop right in front of the hotel. It was reasonably priced with excellent customer service. The pool was clean and we got new towels everyday. The AC works great once you figure out how to use it. The staff was very helpful... More

Off the main road a little but close to everything, this hotel offers very little road noise, quiet rooms, good ac, hot showers and most importantly comfortable beds. This area is noted for high prices and this hotel is not only reasonable but gives good value. The restaurant has a varied menu (with some Polish favorites) and we ordered shrimp... More

We stayed from May 28-June 2nd and had a wonderful time! The owner is onsite and the staff was gracious and very customer service oriented. On the first night we were treated to a wonderful dinner by Liedy Gabriela (who by the way is a rockstar and the manager in training👍) and the White Eagle restaurant staff. It was so... More

We stayed here for five nights after spending some time travelling round several short stay hotels. This is quite a quaint little hotel and we paid a little extra to upgrade from a room in the main complex to one of the two suites in a small building on the other side of the pool. For us this was a... More

Unlike the Radisson in San José, 3 Banderas was just as advertised, the staff was friendly and helpful and we were delighted to see Scarlet Macaws billing and cooing on a branch above our balcony. This little hotel was delightful!

Fantastic location and amazing pool. Although the reviews rave about the food I passed and ate at the falafel Bar, a Taco Bar and a restaurant in town that served the best Seared Tuna Steak I've had in years.
