I was very excited to come here back in March and then COVID unfortunately hit and we were not allowed in the country. I asked for a refund which was finally agreed to after originally being offered a 12-month voucher with restrictions. I was told it would take approx 6 weeks to refund. About 8 weeks after I enquire about my refund, with no response. I chase again and told that they now cannot refund my money, but will refund in July when they begin having visitors. I am completely sympathetic to the issue so understood their need to hold on the refund. I've since emailed 3 times for an update on my refund of over £400 and I've been ignored each and every time. Disgusting customer service. The money is rightfully ours and we need it given the current climate.

Hotel's Favorite
My wife and I loved our stay at Como Si No. This is a beautiful resort overlooking Pacific Ocean with beautiful well maintained grounds and private clean and comfortable cabanas. But what I love the most about it is the wonderful staff who go out of their way to help and make guests feel comfortable. Ayrin and Irina at the front desk were extremely sweet and helpful in arranging tours and recommending restaurants for best ceviche or fish restaurant in town. I loved our private cabana with its own balcony and large glass patio doors with the most incredible view of the Pacific Ocean. We would definitely stay here again on our next trip to Manuel Antonio wildlife reserve in Costa Rica.

This hotel is so beautiful and individual with fantastic nature themed details from stained glass ocean scene windows to hummingbird shaped water taps. The rooms are spacious and comfortable with luxurious bathrooms and balconies overlooking the jungle. Expect to see toucans, monkeys and lizards sharing the space close by. Although guest numbers were dwindling, due to Covid 19, and some facilities such as the cinema, Claro que Si Restaurant, and butterful and wildlife refuges were therefore closed, staff were stilling giving 100% effort to make our experience of their hotel superb. This despite knowing they would be going on short time/ made redundant within the week! The rooms, gardens and pool areas were pristine and meals in the Rico Tico restaurant were delicious. We'd particularly like to thank the friendly waiters Joshua, Christian, Stanley and Fraiser and the very helpful reception/concierge staff. We'd certainly include this hotel in our itinerary if we are able to return to Costa Rica in normal times when the beach and Manuel AntonioNational Park are open.

After an 11.1/2 hours flight and an early morning 4 hour transfer from San Jose to the Pacific coast we were eager to chill at the hotel however upon arrival at 11.30 were were told our room wouldn’t been ready till 2. So we got a few things out of our case and headed for the pool which was beautiful. It did lack more shaded areas. We had a couple of cocktails (it was happy hour) and decided after an hour to take a walk and explore. There was a few restaurants and shops which is all we needed. Finally our room was ready and it certainly had the wow factor. Two big patio windows looking out on an amazing view. Two double beds a sink fridge and coffee machine. We were so happy it was well worth the journey. The following day we got up for breakfast. There was a good selection however being British we do like our bacon especially as I’m following the Keto diet. We didn’t get bacon for the three days we were there. But I’m sure it would be ok for most people. Allen was super friendly in the restaurant and also Tony, Marco and Ester. We would have definitely stayed longer. Loved it.

Stayed here towards the end of March. It is a great hotel with beautiful views overlooking the sea. We arrived as precautions against Coronavirus were developing but the staff did everything to make sure we had a wonderful time, especially Stanley, Christian, Joshua and Allan in the Rico Tico restaurant and Candy and Joshua on reception. Would thoroughly recommend the hotel and hope to return when things are “normal”.
