Very clean and very helpful staff. We went river rafting and came back around 2pm. The hotel made arrangements for us so that we could take showers in one of their guest bathrooms before we left for San jose. Very accomodative. I would recommend your resort highly.

Yes, the hotel does offer beach towels. There are two pools at the hotel and as well as being able to walk to the closest beach I am pretty sure the hotel has a shuttle bus that you can also take advantage of.

Hello! Do you offer day trips?
There are many day trips. As someone else said, they are independent operators and not run by hotel staff, but the hotel arranages them for you and takes the money. It all works well.

Yep. Ping pong in an air conditioned room, as well as foosball, and pool table. There are also tennis courts and mini golf (not Myrtle Beach quality mini golf, but enough to keep you busy. It's an excellent resort!
