Beautiful hotel with a wonderful, friendly staff! The pool is sublime …..terrific views, swim-up bar…. Everything you could ask for! Staff was so kind - showing us local wildlife, making suggestions for things to do in the area, etc. Alberto, our pool bartender, was exceptionally nice - we enjoyed conversing with him! Room was nicely appointed, with lovely, garden-view balcony. Two resident sloths and a gang of monkeys were fun to watch. Food in the restaurant was delicious! Would definitely recommend a stay at Parador!
Amazing views, saw lots of wildlife at the property. Loved the infinity pools. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Great full breakfast was included in our rate. Lunch & dinner had good options as well. Close to Biesanz beach. This was our 2nd time at Manuel Antonio and we loved this resort better than the first one we stayed at. Free shuttle to The beach and to Manuel Antonio Park. Grounds are well kept. Pools have good shade areas, enough loungers & umbrellas. Water pressure in the shower was great. Definitely recommend this resort. Our teenagers also loved it. Special thanks to Adriana from client services for always being available and asking if we needed anything else. The guys at the main pool bar were also amazing. Staff at Galería restaurant and housekeeping were also super helpful. Can’t wait to go back! #PuraVida 🇨🇷…
We stayed here for three nights and never wanted to leave! If you are looking for nature, activities, views, and a clean room this is the perfect resort. The nature comes to you in this resort. Several up close animal experiences along with the walkable path to the beach and monkey trail in the rainforest. You can really have it all. I also woke up every morning with an ocean view and tropical birds for entertainment. The road to the resort is a little scary but we had experienced drivers picking us up in shuttles so it didn't bother us. I would be cautious while driving if renting a car though. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful anytime we asked. Special shout out to Jason from the La Fragata for making our stay special! There are several beaches, small towns, shops, animals, restaurants, and tour guides around the area as well. Manuel Antonio Town and the national park are a must! Overall, I would tell anyone visiting Costa Rica that this resort is the one you want to be at!…
Had the best experience at Parador off all the resorts we visited in Costa Rica. Staff are exterimly helpful and kind, room setup was a big surprise for us for our anniversary and my birthday. Wasn’t expected but the hotel staff took far and beyond any expectations. We’ve met a lot of the spider monkeys at the resort was lovely experience. Pools are cool with amazing view to the ocean.
We had a great 4 nights at Parador with our 2 and 5 year old. The boys loved it - seeing monkeys, sloths, iguanas, and toucans right on site was super easy, the pools were amazing, and the staff was great and patient with the kids. We will definitely be back.
We had a wonderful 3 night stay at Parador. Beautiful view from very nice rooms. The staff was very welcoming, helpful and friendly. It is a perfect place to stay for exploring the area, as it is close to the Manuel Antonio park and the hotel offers transportation. The food was a little disappointing both for dinner and breakfast (It was ok, but we expected a little more from a 5 star hotel). All in all a very nice stay, and we would love to come back (but probably eat somewhere else).
Wow, I have not ever seen such accommodating and well trained staff as Parador. The stay was magical with all the attentiveness and wildlife in the resort. Staff was amazing and friendly. Will recommended to anyone.
a great hotel, great staff couldn’t do enough for us. The views from balcony were awesome. Foods was great, facilities were fantastic and there was wildlife everywhere Sloths, monkeys iguanas toucans and more. I would definitely visit again.
We can not say enough about the staff at the resort. Everyone we were in contact with was absolutely amazing. From check in, the pool bar, restaurants, shuttle drivers, taxi drivers to check out. We can not say enough great things. Thank you for giving us a wonderful vacation!
I have never been to Costa Rica before so don't have any other local comparisons, but we stayed here with another family and loved all the wildlife. There is a Monkey Trail right on the property where you will see and hear all kinds of birds, different monkeys, and an occasional sloth so bring your binoculars and good cameras! Be sure to wear good shoes on the trail as it's muddy and you'll get sweaty. The staff was very good and we enjoyed the pool and bar. We also had a half day at the spa and could have done that over and over! Mariela was one of the best masseuses I've ever had, and afterwards we hung out at their private steam room, hot tub and plunge pool. Their service was amazing and we thoroughly enjoyed it after a day of hiking. If you rent a car, beware that the roads are scary (for American standards) but there were many great local restaurants to choose from that were a short drive away from the resort. The Marina in Quepos also had boats to rent with fishing/boating guides that we loved! Would definitely recommend.…
