Stayed for 2 night as part of our tour. Rooms where basic but clean, and A/c very good, Outdoor pool a godsend for the weather. Staff where very nice from the cleaners to the bar staff to the night guard, all nice and helpful. The breakfast was poor but it was edible, no choice but what we got. We even... More

My family stayed at this hotel on a intrepid tour and were not happy about the accommodations. The motel was pretty bare bones. Our bathroom was very small and there was a screened window that could not be closed, this made the bathroom very hot and humid. The shower in our room did not have hot water, which didn't matter... I was at this hotel for 2 days and reminds me more of a motel than a hotel just in terms of the way the rooms are laid out. The rooms a simple and spacious but also clean. The location of the hotel is great as you can walk to the national park. The staff are very friendly and will... More

The title pretty much sums it up. We found this hotel by recommendation by our taxi driver. It's about a five minute walk from the beach/downtown area and maybe less than five from the Manuel Antonio National park. The food in the restaurant is quite affordable with plenty of other options near by. AC left much to by desired it... More

With an upstairs room and a beautiful verandah you felt like you were living in a treehouse. The rooms were beautiful with comfortable beds,a/con and hot showers. The pool near the reception was pleasant, another pool and jacuzzi were further down in the gardens near the beach. The restaurant serviced an excellent breakfast and the evening dinner was delicious

The location is perfect to go to Manuel Antonio National Park -it is a two minute walk away-. The public beach is also just 5mins walk. The pool is nice and the restaurant is average. I'm costarrican, so the price -for Manuel Antonio: an expensive beach- is average, too. I found clean rooms and a place for costarrican families. They... More

The hotel isn't too bad but could use some updating. The air conditioner had difficulty maintaining temperature. The bathroom occasionally fills with the odor of sewage. The electric hot water heater in my room was not working. The room was clean and the hotel is very close to the entrance of the national park. The hotel restaurant was o.k. but... More

My girlfriend and me passed in front of the restaurant and decided to go eat lunch there (nice prices), but as soon as she took one bite of her meal we found a WHOLE COCKROACH immersed in the sauce of the meat. Needless to say we stood up and left, but at least the owner had the decency not to... More

I stayed two nights. On the first night I had problems with a toilet that didn't flush, a shower with very little water coming out and a door lock that didn't always open. After reporting this the bathroom problems were fixed while I was out. The door however remained a problem and I had to get help getting in on... More
