During the month of March we had the opportunity to visit this beautiful area of the south Caribbean in Costa Rica. The hotel was one of the nice experiences we had on this trip, it was very clean, safe and the staff was very professional, the breakfast was very. Two of the persons in our group arrived late to the... More

Although the accommodation itself does not have many amenities, it is a few minutes walk from the beach and the little town Cahuita. There is no pool onsite and after breakfast in the morning (a choice of 2 options), there is no food available. The rooms are small and a bit dark but clean and have air-con. It is nicer... More

We stayed for 2 nights and we took an upgrade to one bungalow with jacuzzi which was nice. Service was very nice and very friendly, breakfast was good. Close to the beach (5 min walk) and to Cahuita national park (very nice!). We enjoyed our stay very much.

This is really a little gem. On a dirt road , very peaceful , but at walking distance from the entrance of the park and of the village of Cahuita. We stayed here only two days , had a bungalow with two bedrooms and a kitchen in the middle. Very clean and nice. Breakfast is made on demand (no buffet).... More

This is probably the place to stay in Cauhita, Costa Rica if you want a quiet stay, away from the bars and restaurants of the Village. It is 6 min walking to the amenities, beach and natural park. The bungalows are lovely and invite you to do some reading or just relax on the sleeping net or porsh. There is... More

We stayed here for 5 days and loved it. The place was spotless and well equipped. We woke up to the sound of the howler monkeys every morning. Breakfast was excellent and the proximity to the Cahuita National Park allowed us to go for an early morning swim. It is quiet and chilled and relaxed. Apart from all of that,... More

We stayed there for 4 nights, two adults and 2 children of 6 and 9 years. The cabin was roomy, clean and very well planned with shelfes, tables etc that you want for your stuff when traveling. Plus also for the refrigerator and coffee machine. Nice patio with chairs and a hammok. The location is perfect and the owners and... More

This hotel is in a quiet location down a lane. The rooms are lovely, they have AC and a tv with loads of channels and a nice hammock outside. It says the hotel does border the park but we didn’t see any wildlife around the hotel which was a bit disappointing. It would take around 5-10 minutes to walk to... More

A little bit difficult to find the place, even with a map, but worth the effort. Located in a forest environment. Very nice, clean and typical villas. Very, very helpful and friendly service. People in charge of Cahuita tour are honest people. They charge half the price for snorkeling, because the conditions were not the best due to recent rain.... More

The cabins of Ciudad Perdida are just lovely. They are very spacy and have just about everything one can desire. Ours even had a kitchen! The family who runs this lodge is extremely kind. The daughter told us all about custom formalities at the border of Panama, the father was so kind to contact another lodge for us and offered... More
