I went with a large group, we were separated. Some of us at the Villas and some at the hotel. Apparently these are 2 septate areas on the property. The Villas are only allowed in the Villa areas,(1 buffet style restaurant), The 'hotel' is allowed anywhere and they have 2 other restaurants on site. The buffet style restaurant was ok, nothing to brag about. The staff were extremely friendly. The pool bar is minimal but still great service. The bar at the hotel had 3 bartenders and took about 15-20 minutes to get drinks out. We watched while 1 washed glasses, one stood there, and one made one drink at a time (when ordered 3 margaritas). As long as you can go with the flow, and not be in a hurry to get anywhere, you will be fine. If you're expecting fast service, be warned. Beautiful access to the beaches. All the villas are not equal. Our Villa had Air conditioning in the bedroom only. If I were to book again, I would stay in the hotel side, lower floor where you have your own private access to a mini pool, access to more restaurants, and still have beach access.

I was there during the holy week time and after driving for 2 hours from the "3Hermanas" crossroads we arrived at the Hotel. We had the opportunity to visit the Azure which is part of the Villas Playa Samara complex and we were simply delighted with all the details. It is a beautiful complex. Regarding the villas, simply beautiful, very comfortable, and clean. The vegetation, the gardens around very well maintained. The beach in front with a beautiful view, and for any outdoor activity. Very clean by the way. The fauna visits you at every moment without fear of harming each other. It was extremely relaxing to enjoy the villa. The ambiance of the pool and the attention of the staff was exceptional. Always very attentive to serve. With reference to the meals, (we selected an all-inclusive), they were a la carte. The food was exquisite, very balanced, with a complete menu for everyone's taste. The attention of the staff, that is, the team that assisted and served us was cordial, respectful, and attentive at all times. So our recognition to Roger, Jose, Gerald, Jonathan, Jonathan, Freddy, Killiam, Brainer, Keilor, Anibal, Seney, Nauh, and Yez. We are very grateful for their attention. And finally, our thanks to Mr. Luis Rojas and Mr. Sergio for their excellent assistance in the registration of our stay. We hope to return soon with more of our family to enjoy what it means to truly rest.

The Villas are well maintained despite the pandemic, had some issues that were rapidly resolved by the staff. The attitude of all the staff was splendid, they made our family trip a very special by giving us the best smiles and disposition. I would like to comment there is opportunity for improving the times for the food delivery at the restaurant and to the pool and beach area. We want to thank very especially Mr. Sergio Bejarano for his help from the reservation process and during our whole stay. A special note of gratitute to the waiter that gave us an outstanding service: Freddy as well as the bartender in the main bar Alejandro. The efforts made to have a special new year's afternoon and evening were very much appreciated. We hope to visit again soon!

Poor than Cuba's hotels service Maximum 2,5 stars. Slow friendly staffs. Dirty room. Problem to exchange a beach towels. 15 sun beds on all beach and you need to wait up not later than 6am to booked it ) by towel ). Food is good but only one restaurant. Good drinks. Perfect ocean and sunsets.

Wonderful people. Great Service. Great accomodations. I was so sick prior to leaving home and my husband is so sick now after 2 days returning. I would recommend to anyone but I am kicking myself for not sticking to bottled water. We found the food weak although it was okay. Everything else was spectacular. I would recommend in a heartbeat but be prepared for food that looks good but maybe isn't good for you. I also wish there was better management with day trips. We booked a day excursion . When we arrived we were told we couldn't go because of a mistake . We were offered a refund but not a complimentary excursion. I found this frustrating as we only had 7 days and left our small adventures until the end. We had a full refund just not as much customer service as I would have expected. They were great but didn't go extra mile I guess. Very disappointing for our trip. I would definitely go back though!!!!!!
