Really nice place, comfortable, with fridge, AC. Is near all beaches, Flamingo, Brasilito, Conchal, Potrero. Nice pool to swim and relax and the neighbors restaurant is a good options for dinner/lunch. Friendly staff including the parrots that don't stop talking in the afternoon, during the morning/night they are quiet.

We stayed at this hotel for 1 night only. We were at Flamingo for a short diving trip. Rooms very comfortable and clean. Nice pool and green areas. The breakfast was included and it is the typical costarican breakfast, very good.

Staff were very friendly and helpful, the grounds were park-like. Great breakfast served next to the sparking pool. Wifi signal was inconsistent. Rooms were very large. Centrally located to many beaches, store and restaurants. Great value for price.

We first booked into another hotel close by, we did walk out after seen the conditions and we ended up here. I can't say it's cheap (nothing is cheap in Costa Rica) but it is nice and convenient. The rooms are really clean and spacious. Nice pool and nice beds (a big noise tho) The staff were really nice, peaceful...

We stayed here on our last night in Costa Rica. If you have a car, it is perfect. Once you get past the parking lot, it is beautiful with a clean pool and palm trees. My kids enjoyed playing in the pool. The SCUBA training in the morning, that others have mentioned, was only for about 45 minutes as we...

Hotel Guanacaste Lodge is in a good location. The staff are helpful and accommodating which made the stay better. The accommodation is reminiscent of a European hostel. There is a fridge. There is no means for cooking - no BBQ or hot plate. Some lights in the room were burnt out and not replaced as requested. Hot water tap in...

This was my second time staying here. The grounds are beautiful and quiet. The first time we stayed the room was too warm. It seems that they have replaced some air conditioners and the room was pleasantly cool. We enjoyed our stay.

When you arrive, the faded signs might make you think that you have arrived at the wrong place or that you made a mistake in booking here. BUT DO NOT WORRY. Just enter the property through the gate to the left of the parking lot. It is beautiful!! There is a main pool with a tree mosaic and an adjoining...

We are a retired couple of modest means, so the price was definitely affordable (+) We arrived in a rental SUV from San Jose and drove past the entrance to the hotel. It seems a local lawyer had erected his street sign partially obstructing the hotel's entrance sign, so we eventually figured it out (-) The hotel's parking lot was...
