This hotel is okay because the pool is okay. We stayed here thinking it had a restaurant, bar, and airport transport. After checking in we learned it does not have a restaurant in rainy season which they don't tell you. There bar looks nice, but everything is pad locked and out of commission. We were 3 of 6 guests staying... More

Basic room was fine for an over night stay. We had a early morning flight. Room and bathroom were clean. No problem with wifi This could be a nice hotel if managed better. They have a 2 person max allowed in a room if over two people you have to pay extra in our case we were charged an extra... More

This hotel tries hard to make your stay feel like if they are doing you a favor, makes you pay for children 12 month of age even if staying in same room, same bed, breakfast is horrible, the owner is present but seems like the owner is ok in making your stay stressful, the only thing great about this hotel... I often fly into Liberia, Costa Rica and am faced with the same problem most travelers to the region have. When you arrive, it is often too late to get to your final destination, which means you wind up staying the night in Liberia upon arrival. (Also, when you fly out of Liberia to return home your flight often leaves... More

We stayed two nights. My daughter ended up staying with us and it was difficult getting the desk staff to agree to let her stay in the room. There was an extra charge. The room was small, the beds were not comfortable. The bathroom shower did not drain well and the showerhead sprayed everywhere but down. WIFI came into our... More

Proximity to the airport is great. However, they do not provide transportation to the airport. That ½ mile journey will cost you $20.00 USA. The hotel rooms are centered on a courtyard anchored by a wonderful tile pool and bar. The rooms are generous in size and the bath rooms are nicely appointed. The check in desk staff were helpful... Our friends that were passing by stopped here to drop off some food and say hello. We were at the tables by the pool and were told we couldn't eat outside food there, so we said ok we should eat it in our room? The employee made a face like "you shouldn't do that either", but I'm not going to... More

I stayed there for one night just this week when my flight was cancelled and I needed a place near the airport. It is an older facility, basics only . I found my room to be a bit tired looking but clean. No elevator. Staff was friendly and helpfull, getting up at 3 am to call a cab for me... More

I stayed overnight at RIncon del Llano before flying out, and it is relatively close to the airport, so it met my most basic need. The facility is nice: concrete construction with wood details, a central courtyard with a beautiful pool, restaurant and bar. Wifi serviced that common area as well as the reception area, but did not reach the... More

I had booked this Hotel via Booking.com because of its location, close to the Airport. When I got there everything looked a bit descuidado, but I could have handled that. But when I got to the room, there was the most aweful chemical cleaning smell I have ever experienced in my travels. After only 20 minutes in the room I... More
