My husband travels for a living and said this was the best hotel he has ever stayed at. It was beautiful!!! The people were so friendly and the staff were great! The tubing was exciting and fun. Even our 7 year old talks about that adventure. The zoo was really neat and you could take pictures of the animals from...

We traveled to Costa Rica in June 29-July 9th. We stayed at the Springs. Our room was the Two Bedroom Oropendola Suite (2 Levels). Perfect for a family of 4. Our view was just breathtaking! We had our space and the kids had theirs. Everyday our room had a beautiful arrangement of flowers. All the flowers were from the property. Just...

This place is the next best thing to paradise! We had our own villa. There is free WiFi. The food is excellent, but the best part is the hot springs. Sitting under the waterfall is better than any masseuse! Beautiful place

Awesome resort that my family LOVED! They had everything on-site including their own private zoo with animals that the owner saved from being euthanized. The hot springs pools located around the grounds were amazing. There's even a slide for the kids to enjoy. There's tubing, horseback riding and more. It has a fabulous view of the volcano as well. There...

Probably a 20 minute shuttle drive from the airstrip. The location is great - you really don't need to leave. You have a perfect view of the volcanoe - well when its not misted over. It rained a lot while we were there but that wasn't a problem as the hot springs are great for rainy weather. You can simply...

The hotel was as beautiful as the brochure. The staff was very attentive all day long! The day trips were full of excitement! I'd highly recommend this resort for a peaceful getaway. The huge spacious rooms were most enjoyable. The jacuzzi tub was a big hit for my teenage son. Julia

All I can say is wow, what a view. It is an incredible setting for a hotel. The service is wonderful. A top notch hotel in all respects, particularly if you are a family. I only wish we could stay a little pager to enjoy all the activities at the Club Rio (water tubing, horseback riding, animals). The springs are...

This place was a nice weekend stop for my parents and I; the setting is really pretty unfortunately the days we stayed was foggy and we didnt get to see the Volcano. The springs are very nice, a little crowded but surrounded by beautiful scenary.

We travel a lot but very rarely leave reviews. This place was so amazing that we feel obligated to spread the word. The staff in general are beyond friendly and courteous. They seemed to anticipate our needs in advance. This place just gets costumer service. Jason at the front desk went out of his way to accommodate us and made...

We stayed at the Springs Resort and Spa for our Christmas holiday and had a wonderful time. This resort is absolutely amazing, so much detail and thought was put into this resort. The setting is breathtaking with the amazing views and tropical foliage all around the resort. Our rooms were gorgeous with views of Arenal volcano, we could literally lie...
