When traveling outside of the United States for vacation, it's difficult to find a place that has great food, a safe environment, and amazing accommodations and amenities. The Springs Resort exceeded all of our expectations and Costa Rica didn't disappoint. We will definitely bring our family on this adventure again!!!

We stayed at The Springs for 5 nights. The property and the Hot Springs were amazing. We loved the area and the view on the Volcano. We were particularly well served at the restaurant by Mr José Antonio Miranda. He was very nice and helpful. But the only thing that the Springs should improve is the food. The breakfast was...

Our family of six (ages 8-68) visited Cost Rica in July and we stayed at the Springs for all five nights. Our first impression was amazing, we had been in our shuttle for three hours coming from the airport and pulling into the resort felt like heaven. The gentlemen that run the entrance to the hotel immediately grabbed our suitcases...

Summary - We would go again in a heartbeat! Pura Vida! We spent 4 nights at The Springs and 4 nights on the pacific coast. It was painful to leave this place. It was absolutely exquisite and first class all the way. I cannot describe how breathtaking the views and the experience was for us as a family. We were...

My friend and I were unfortunately not overnight hotel guests at The Springs, however, thanks to their great 2-Day Pass promotion we were able to spend two full days on the property and it was AMAZING. It was truly painful to go back to our own hotel each night. The staff was beyond phenomenal. From the valet and doorman to...

Just returned from Costa Rica last night and spent the first 5 nights at The Springs Resort and Spa near Arenal. The room was beautifully furnished - lots of exotic woods - with a huge marble bathroom and a large patio with 2 hammocks and comfortable handmade furniture. The bed was some kind of extra large King size bed and...

Spent one night at the springs. The price is very high but you get what you pay for...amazing views, outdoor private jacuzzi. Highly recommended if you have the $. We were on our honeymoon so we were not too concerned with the price. Great location and has a private zoo for tours. Very cool experience!

Our family spent 4 nights at The Springs and had an amazing time! It rained every morning (we went to the rain forest during the rainy season...), but we had nice weather about every afternoon/evening. We were able to see the Arenal volcano (the locals said it hadn't been seen in 15 days!)-beautiful view from the entire resort-even from our...

Our stay at the Springs Resort was nothing short of incredible. From the time we arrived at the reception until the moment we left, the staff went out of their way in every possible way to make sure our stay in Arenal was enjoyable and perfectly coordinated. Our room was beautiful and spacious and even had a jacuzzi on the...

Just returned from the springs for a 10th anniversary trip with the kids. Our room was lovely and the hot springs were very nice. The resort is very clean and housekeeping was fantastic. Some of the staff went out of the way but others ignored you. The breakfast buffet is varied but otherwise the food is awful and it is...
