I wish I could afford to stay here overnight but this place is a little too rich for my blood. HOWEVER, I purchased the 2-day day pass ($80) which includes either 1 lunch or dinner in their beautiful restaurant with sweeping views overlooking the volcano and I would pay it again, and again, and again...Honestly if you think about it,...

We recently spent 3 nights at the Springs Resort and Spa and can't recommend it highly enough. We have 3 kids (7, 11, 13) and it was a universal hit. As others have mentioned, the only knock we had was the trek to get there (the drive around Lake Arenal is very windy and not for those who get car...

Impressed by the large room, bathroom and balcony - all with modern amenities and a view to Arenal. We stayed in the newer tower which meant a walk to the main lodge. Not a problem for us but they will happily shuttle you back and forth is you desire. Incredible number of lava heated and mineral spring pools- From private...

So many great reviews it's hard to add anything that hasn't already been said. Our family of five visited CR first week of April and spent four nights at The Springs then spent four nights at the Westin on Playa Conchal. The Springs was the highlight of our trip and we would definitely go back. We stayed in a corner...

My family including 2 kids (ages 8 and 11) had a fabulous stay at the Springs. The resort is even more beautiful then the pictures! We had a "honeymoon suite", which was actually perfect for our family of 4 as it included a separate room with two twin beds, and an expansive outdoor area with rocking chairs, table and chairs,...

This place is unbelievable... The are all genuinely nice people, so helpful... even the smallest mistakes are handled right away. The grounds have natural hot pools all over. Every facility is top notch, the gym, the pools, lobby, restaurants( food sooo good) are great... I can not say enough about this place except to go see for yourself... The 1...

My daughter and I enjoyed an adventure together over the summer and only splurged on one night at The Springs. It was a whole different level. When people ask me about my multi-resort trip, I always tell them they should just stay at The Springs or a combo of Peace Lodge and The Springs Resort. There are an abundance of...

My wife, children, and I had the pleasure of staying at The Springs for 4 days/3 nights. The service was impeccable and the front desk staff solved a problem for us that had absolutely nothing to do with the hotel: my daughter left a pair of prescription sunglasses in the back of a transit van for a tour we took....

One of the greatest places we have ever been and wished we stayed longer. The rooms, view and service were excellent. The food is pricey, but of great quality and quantity (an important thing for my teenaged, growing son!). The pools are amazing and despite the hotel being full, never felt over crowded, nor did the service suffer one bit....

We recently spent 2 nights at The Springs Resort during our family spring break (boys ages almost 11 and 7.5). It was pretty pricey (we paid $700/night), but we found it to be totally worth it. The resort is absolutely breathtaking from every angle. The natural springs are sheer perfection. We were given a free upgrade to a honeymoon suite...
