My sister and I had an amazing visit to the Casa Luna. The hotel was beautiful with stunning views of the Arenal region and surrounding nature. The rooms were extremely nice with comfortable beds, air conditioning and a beautiful bathroom and shower. The restaurant had amazing food and great drinks. All the staff was incredible, especially Brayan who was extremely...

This is a great place! We stayed here for 4 nights and it was very relaxing. The grounds are beautiful. The pool is great. There are four secluded hot tubs. There is a bar at the pool. Melvyn is the bartender and is awesome. The rooms are nice and basic, there are double beds in the room that I stayed...

I stayed with my family for three nights at this very nice hotel. The garden and the pool are great, the room was very clean and nice. We had a very nice dinner at the hotel restaurant and an amazing trip (hanging bridges) organized from the hotel). And the really amazing thing: we forgot the charger of our camera and...

We loved this resort. The room was nicely appointed with a large bathroom. But the highlights of this hotel were the restaurant and the spa. Morning breakfasts were adorned with a plethora of fresh fruit (papaya, pineapple, melons etc.), meats, Costa Rican delicacies and a great omelet station. Lunch and dinner there presented menus of a mix of Western and...

Was booked for Casa Luna through a tour package we purchased with Eccoterra, and we were so pleased with this pick. Our room was ready immediately upon our arrival and our room was beautiful. Fantastic balcony with a great view of Arenal Volcano. Huge bathroom and comfy bed, with large mini-fridge and in-room safe. Notably, this was the only one...

After reading several reviews about Casa Luna before arriving, one of the reviews mentioned to request a 2nd floor volcano view and WOW was that a great suggestion. We had beautiful weather esp for being the beginning of rainy season. In La Fortuna, we experienced Zip Lining, The Hot Springs at Tabacon and walked downtown. Such a beautiful place!!

My girlfriend and I had a wonderful experience at Casa Luna. We booked through Groupon through Ecoterra. Everyone was so nice and helpful. The food was excellent and the stay was amazing. I would give the recommendation of giving yourself enough time to get through immigration when flying in so that you do not miss the bus because a private...

A great spot to spend a few nights that is tranquil and close enough to town. Rooms are clean and I think only come in double double so if travelling with another couple or friends you could look to save some money with this stop. What we loved about this place was the 4 hot pools which was nice to...

Charming rooms, a beautiful pool and four pampering Jacuzzis. The stay was very pleasant. However, please note that the hotel is not smoke-friendly and smoking is not possible at all. Also, mobility is required because the hotel is slightly far from the town center.

The only downside of the hotel is that there were absolutely no internet in any of the rooms. You had to go hang out in the lobby area to even get a signal. This was very frustrating since most of the stuff on tv was in Spanish and it would've been nice to check email and watch netflix on our...
