I visited with my sister last august. It is a peaceful and welcoming hotel. The rooms are very clean, wide and the breakfast is quite good. It has 2 hot springs. The staff is really friendly and informative.

Surprised that for the price we paid we had are own villa. Very spacious room with a king bed and a twin. Also had refrigerator closet with safe, and tv. Towels provided daily for shower and pool towels available at front counter. Overall comfortable stay. Some of the cons, some of the windows didn't close right, the drapes wrong size... More

This place has cabins scattered throughout its beautiful rain forest property. Because of the location, there was a constant mist at night, and because the grounds are so lush, there will be big insects everywhere! (to me, this added to the experience!) We arrived at night, and the pathways were dark, and it was somewhat confusing how to get to... More

The good: Booked a "Eco Cabinas Double" though I think we were upgraded to one of the lodges along from reception. The room was air conditioned, spacious and had very comfortable beds. Shower was periodically cold but not too much of an issue. Toilet flusher broke during our stay and they were efficient in fixing it. The view of the... More

This eco-lodge was indeed very clean, comfortable, with great customer service, and with a great pool and on-site hot springs which was definitely a major plus. Rooms were spacious and beds were very comfortable

The villas are perfect with the most amazing jungle views. The bed was comfortable and I loved the sound of the rain outside our room. Bismark was fabulous in the restaurant. The hot spring felt great at the end of the day and the little jungle hike was fun.

We went here on the recommendation of a friend and we were happy we did. It sits back far enough off the road that it wasn't very noticeable. Once you get up the entrance the grounds are beautiful! We loved the comfortable, spacious rooms, the beautiful pool, wonderful staff and great food. They were so accommodating and it was a... More

Hotel Kokoro is a dream place to stay in Costa Rica. The villas are simple and cozy. The office is where you can get wifi but to sit there is wonderful, its open all around with cozy chairs, coffee, a cooler of other drinks and great staff. They include breakfast with your stay and its wonderful. Bismark, the gentleman who... More

The hotel has a very natural touch and the cabins are really beautiful. They're always clean. If you dont like insects or animals you usually see outside, is not a place for you because maybe you found them Inside the cabin. The staff is not 24/7. On one night we had an emergency and we had no one to ask... More

This hotel looks as if it was once a beautiful place, but has not been maintained for a long time. Our room had mold in the closet and on the walls and ceilings. The grounds were dirty, with trash lying around as well as cigarette butts. The pool was nice and the dining room was nice. The staff was nice... More
