The rooms were immaculately clean and the gardens were very well looked after. The hotel is central but the grounds make you feel as if you are in the country. We loved the little river path at the bottom of the garden - we saw huge lizards resting at the top on the trees, as well as a variety of...

My family and I stayed at this hotel for our first trip to La Fortuna. The location was excellent and the nature trails by the creek are an added bonus. I will definitely use this hotel again when I go back to La Fortuna.

This property exceeded our expectations in every way. Rooms were immaculate, front desk staff were very helpful, breakfast at a soda just up the street was very good, the grounds were attractive. Greenery and a brook provided homes for lots of birds, a sloth, several iguanas A budget property where everything worked.

Don't expect fancy things but facilities are clean and well maintained. Mattress and pillows were better than expected. Great location central to La Fortuna and area attractions. Breakfast was easily the best feature which was included in price of stay and was served at a local soda down the street.

We stayed here for two nights and it was a comfortable stay, the rooms are a bit dated, but really big and has good tv and wifi. Breakfast is served at a nice soda, 3 min walk from the hotel and it was really good, fast service and good food. We visited their frog garden several times, next to the...

Clean, everything worked perfectly. We actually stayed in the standard room for one night and then the suite for two additional nights. Personally I thought the standard is just as good as the suite. The major difference is a hair dryer (which is super useful when there's scattered showers. We used it to quickly dry our shoes) and cleaner and...

Nice little hotel in the middle of town. The front desk helped me book a last minute tour to Mistico and they picked up at the hotel. The room was clean and neat. Each room had a patio and a great view of the Volcano. The outdoor areas were nicely kept. They had a stairway going to the river alongside...

Looks like American style motel, huge room, nice and clean, we'd come from a lodge in Tortugero which had loads of character but not much light and sporadic hot water, so we we're quite happy with this modern, bright room, with a balcony view of the arenal volcano. It's slightly away from the main streets of town, which made it...

Well situated from town, bit like a motel, no where to eat or bar but so close to shops and numerous cafes not an issue. Rooms very big, I had ground floor, looks onto gardens. They have a frog garden at the back. Hotel not much character but very clean.

We really liked this small hotel. It was clean but functional just on the edge of downtown La Fortuna. The garden attached to the hotel is beautiful and the gardener showed us a red eye tree frog, a red poison dart frog and a tiger heron all which. We probably wouldn't have noticed without his help. The staff at the...
