A wonderful setting with great views of the volcano and super bird life. The pool area and hot springs are great However the place is abut pretentious. The "international "restaurant had poor service and the only restaurant meal I have ever returned uneaten; unchewable steak. And the drinks prices are a rip off. $ 10 for a small beer, priced...

My husband and I spent two nights at the Arenal Springs Resort and Spa. A welcome drink was served at check in and everyone was very welcoming. You are given a wrist band and all drinks and food are billed to your room. Our room was clean and nice with a lovely view of the volcano, now covered with clouds....

Spent 3 nights here and thoroughly enjoyed it. Great view of the volcano, wonderful thermal pools to soak in. Wonderfully clean and lovely grounds and gardens. Breakfast good, food all around good, surprised at how good the Sushi restaurant was, not something I expected in C.R., try the tempura bananas for desert, amazing. Enjoyed watching hummingbirds and toucans while soaking...

The staff at this resort was amazing! Everyone was friendly and helpful, the grounds were clean and well kept! The only reason I give it 4 stars and not 5 is because of the bathroom. Ot had this opening from the ceiling above one of the walls in the shower and a garden right next to the shower which may...

This was the most amazing boutique hotel. Absolutely loved the hot springs and the surroundings. The meals were good. The room was exceptional. Unfortunately was able t do the yoga but it would have been a great setting. You can see the volcano if the cloud cover is not too low. I would love t come back to this hotel...

Simply one of the best places to stay in Fortuna. We loved it. Staff was friendly and professional. Rooms were very clean with great views of the volcano. Would have gotten 5 stars of the spring water was actually warm. Been to other places and couldn't understand why the pool water wasn't as hot as the other places Other than...

The hot springs pools are very beautiful and well maintained. They have a swim up bar and sushi restaurant. The staff are all very friendly and helpful. We were surprised at how quiet the grounds are , mostly because people are in and our on day tours. I would recommend this resort to others !

We stayed here for two nights while exploring the Arenal area. Pros: - Amazing volcano views. Almost every bungalow has a view of the volcano - Beautiful grounds - Thermal springs on site....so you don't have to go anywhere else to enjoy it. - Service was ok....not super warm, but efficient - Breakfast buffet was good....can't complain as it was...

We stayed at the Arenal Springs Resort and Spa for two days as we were going to do some tours. We drove from Liberia Airport to the hotel. It was late at night and raining, so it was a pleasurable sight to be greeted by hotel staff with two juice cocktails in hand. After settling in, we ate at the...

The property is lush, very well maintained, and the staff was very attentive. They must have read a previous review because everyone was upbeat and smiling. We took a hired car from San Jose airport to the resort (3 hours) and stayed 3 days taking tours in the area each day. Our adult daughter planned the trip with pre-arranged tours....
