I honestly can't say enough good things about this place. It's absolutely beautiful and very romantic. The pools are very clean and so warm! Everyone there was very nice and I have never had such great service! They made us feel very welcome. The rooms were cozy and private. I can't wait to visit again. My only suggestion is to...

Our bungalow was so nice! Very clean, spacious, and comfortable. The staff was extremely helpful and big-hearted. Fabulous view from the patio and the stars at night were remarkable! Nice mix of hot springs and cool pool water. Wonderful tin roof for the evening rain.

We enjoyed the location and cleanliness of our bungalow. The coolest feature was the sound of the rain in the bathroom and on the roof, very soothing. The volcano Arenal was right outside the front door and the dome seamed cloud free most every morning around 6. The springs were not very impressive but were warm. For the price I...

This place is Amaziiiinggg!!! We stayed 4 days and I wish we would of stayed longer. The spa is increadiable! the hot springs were great around 6 pools, best sushi I've ever had! The breakfast is complamentary and it is a buffet with lots of fresh fruit and delicious Costarican food.

The layout of the hotel is relaxing, spacious and beautiful - the volcano is just in front of your front porch every time you step out. The hot spring pools are welcome amenities to relax in - rain or shine. The service is great and so is food (had both breakfast and dinner at the restaurant). The room came with...

Overall, we loved this hotel! The rooms are each half of a "duplex", and there are around 50 of these little buildings lined along streets on the property (it felt like a mini suburb). The bathroom showers are open to the elements which was very cool when it rained. Water pressure wasn't so good. We needed an extra bed in...

We loved our stay here. The staff bends over backwards to ensure you're very well taken care of. The pools are great, the rooms comfy and the views great. It's also very convenient to many tourist sites in the area. Stocked fridge, fruit in your room. Free WiFi in room. When you settle your bills, note that the restaurant/bar automatically...

We stayed here for 4 nights and it was a wonderful, peaceful, gorgeous resort. Always greeted with friendly smiles from the entire staff throughout our stay. We were only able to see the beautiful view of the volcano the first night and day because it rained the rest of the time. Still it was very enjoyable and memorable. I would...

Spent 3 nights here at the commencement of a month long trip to Costa Rica. Excellent facilities and amazing hot springs. The pool bar and sushi was first class. Breakfast was the best selection you could wish for and the staff most attentive. Bungalows well appointed and the availability of golf type buggies was a boon for those less able....

I couldn't believe this place. It was much fancier that I am used to. I kept waiting for the management to wise up and politely show me the door... but once I got comfortable with the fact that I was a registered guest I started to relax and really enjoy this place. All of the rooms, the restaurant, and the...
