Front desk were to the point of rude, there were no free breakfasts. We stayed 2 nights and the first morning we asked and they looked at me like I had three heads. They said tomorrow.... Went back in the morning and...nope. Hot tub isn't functional and apparently hasn't been for a long time. Were told there were big tubs...

The hotel was all right. Centrally located. The safe was broken and the towels were dingy. The bed was comfortable. Their breakfast was big but no fresh milk for coffee. Only powdered milk. Their orange juice was tang but I woke up to a million dollar view.

Place has potential but aging a little bit. Staff was nice but not particularly friendly. Rooms were a little smelly and needs to be updated. It does have hot water and AC in all the rooms. One night our AC broke and they promptly addressed the issue.

Stayed here cause it was cheap. The bed was uncomfortable and the pillows awful. The bathroom was beyond hideous but the water was hot which is all i cared about. The view of the volcano was lovely and the pool a bonus - somedays it was cleaner than others. The air-conditioner worked, though a bit noisy and no temperature control...

The room was dark, dirty and the bathroom was really unfashioned and more than ugly. There was not a good atmosphere because the employees were not acting like a team, it looked like a competition. We had also a problem with a prepaid booking. My friend had to go home, because of an emergency in his family. I told the...

How do I hate thee, let me count the ways! 1. You are dirty and disgusting. Bed pillows have black junk on them that must have blown out of the air vent. Bathroom ceiling is gunky and needs to be scraped clean it is so thick. The paint is peeling all around the room. I was reluctant to get into...

We paid $40.00 for one night stay. The beds were comfortable and there was plenty of hot water. I had to argue with the girl behind the desk to get 2 towels for the room. The help at the front desk was extremely unfriendly. The lobby was filled with small children running and playing. I assumed they were the children...
