This hostel is a bit different than most. It seems like the property is shared with their version of a hotel so among the mix of rooms, there are some dorms. This is not a typical hostel, most amenities run at an additional cost. See the picture below to get a sense of their "guidelines". As travelers, we are use...

The rooms were excellent and clean though the walls were paper thin.We were able to hear the neighbours partying until all hours of the morning. The view of the volcano from our room was stupendous.Value for money in the bar/restaurant, as well as the friendly, helpful staff was excellent. But please, please, we don't need music pumping until the early...

We had a private room using the shared bathroom facilities which was fine (and the showers were hot!). The room was basic but clean. What made the stay was the bar area which was perfect to chill out and have coffee and breakfast, and also a great evening vibe for a few drinks and music. Location was good too, and...

It’s an incredible place. The place is very safety with a huge structure with lockers and nice bathrooms, always clean. The people are friendly and the food is great. One of the staff was a little bit boring telling all the time what was not allowed… But it’s definitely a great experience to stay there. Good swimming pool with a...

Well organised hostel, had air conditioning, lockers in the dorms, swimming pool. The one issue I had was there was no kitchen, therefore not really an option to cook or prepare Your Own food. So had to pay for breakfast at hostel which was quite expensive for what you got.

This is one of the nicest hostels I've stayed at. There was a nice pool, with hammocks and a very nice outdoor lounge area. The location was also excellent. It was easy to walk to the other places in town, and a quick walk to the bus station. I would definitely stay here again.

This hostel was okay. Nice pool, good drink specials. The grounds are pretty the location is good, on the edge of town. However, the rooms were dirty. The bathrooms could have been cleaned better. There is no kitchen unlike most hostels and although a.c. is advertised they don't turn it on until 10 p.m. and usually turn it off before...

We booked a private room with 2 beds in the older building (cheaper, and not specified as one of the "deluxe" rooms). Our room was clean but nothing fancy. The common areas was great- with a pool and great dining area where we enjoyed drinks and a great breakfast. The area had a huge fence and was very secure. The...

Very popular hostel, lots of young people and quite social. We stayed in a tent which was fun and not too cold. Tour desk was helpful but you can get cheaper deals from the man in the van down the road towards the main town. Pool was very clean and lots of showers/toilets etc. We never ate in the hostel...

The happy hour and drinks are exceptional and very cheap! Also very friendly staff. However, the dorms are just ok. The air conditioning is supposed to run from 10am-10pm however it is never on and the rooms are very very hot. Also the bedding is old and bathrooms are filthy
