I'll take this place over Los Lagos at $153 a night. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Breakfast included and room was clean and perfect for the price. Good location by restaurants and shops. Will return on next trip to arenal.

I just returned from a two night stay at this hotel. From all appearances it should have been one of our favorite hotels of the whole trip. it has good sized room, with big showers, nice pool and garden area and excellent meals. But, the showers ran icy cold, then scalding hot then normal, then back to hat/cold. The hot...

The town of La Fortuna is very cute and this hotel is located within easy walking distance of the town square, a nice church, souvenir shops, and restaurants. The hotel itself is arranged around a central courtyard that contains the swimming pool. The room was clean and basic. I had hot water, although some of my friends' rooms did not....

We paid $20 per person and that is just about what this hotel is worth. It is conveniently located in town and offers a safe and clean place to stay. Unfortunately our shower sucked. The temperature changed the temperature whenever it wanted and only ranged from extremely hot to extremely cold. Our friends in the next room did not have...

Stayed here back in November and haven't gotten around to writing a review yet. It was my second time staying there. I had stayed her before my trip in November and loved it. I decided to stay there again. The staff is really friendly and helpful, they helped me book a tour during my trip as well. The breakfast was...

I would not stay in this hotel again. My friend and I had stayed at a hotel in the same price range, a bit further from town, that was a much better quality. The rooms are clean, but very cramped. We had a twin bed and a double bed in our room, and it left only the entrance area to...

I booked this for my family of 4 as the " low budget" hotel for our 3 week holiday. I knew the surrounding activities were going to be pricey so I was trying to make our budget work. I expected a small rebellion from my boys 9 and 12 but to my chagrin this has been their favorite hotel despite...

Front desk was very helpful and accommodating. Easy check in and they guided me to the room which was a nice gesture. There was no elevator so if you have luggage and are on the top floor you are in for a workout. Room was very good sized and the shower was big. Room had a balcony as well. Wi-fi...

Very nice, small, and cozy place. Has pool, little terrace, tiny parking. The rooms are good size for it being b&b, include a/c, balconies, pretty and comfy furniture, tv, fridge. The shower in our room was huge! But there wasn't any shampoo, so it s a good idea to bring your own. There was some soup though. Now to the...

GOODs - big room - clean room - safe parking lot - good comum area with a swimming pool - friendly staff BADs - breakfast: we went to breakfast 30 minutes before it ends and a lot of things were missing already. We asked the girl to replace it but they didn't have some kinds of food any more. And...
