This place is nothing terribly fancy, but is very comfortable and nice. Being in central Fortuna, it was very easy to go out and see the sites of the area. The pool was refreshing and the breakfast was more than adequate. Off street parking was a plus. The bed was comfortable, the Internet adequate and the staff friendly and helpful. Not...

The food was great and so was the location. The pool was dirty and the bathrooms were kinda poor. I enjoyed that little balcony over the pool. and the wifi sucks. Staff was kinda rude when we misplaced our room key and I don't think they opened the room for us

I'll start with the good stuff: the location in La Fortuna is excellent for dining, as all the restaurants are an easy walk away. The staff was kind and the breakfast excellent. However... I stayed in Room 1 and think it might be the worst room in the hotel. Many if not most of the rooms have balconies, and I...

If you have no standards, well then this is the place to stay. There are other places to stay around La Fortuna for the same price or less. This place is a true dump. The mattress have never been replaced I am certain of that. The springs poke through and you can't get a good night sleep. When you wake...

My girlfriend and i stayed at Bromellias for 5 nights and it was a wonderful choice. The staff made you feel welcome and assisted in all of our travel plans. Breakfast service was like dining at a restaurant, fast and delicious. The rooms were exactly what you pay for. If you're on a budget and want a great place to...

Greet little hotel in the centre of the town. Very friendly staff and they give good honest recommendations of what to do in the area. Rooms were very spacious with great AC (which is needed), great wifi, mini fridge and balcony. Compared to other hotels in the area this is good priced hotel.

Well located in the center of La Fortuna. Great Costa Rican breakfast (or American if this is what you like). Helpful staff, particularly if you speak a bit of Spanish. You can buy tickets to hot springs and tours and book your transport and taxi's through them. There is a fridge and ac which is definitely a plus. The bed...

The front desk was very competent. Told me everything I needed to know without my asking. Helpful with info e.g. how to go to the volcano park without joining a tour. Breakfast was good, staff there were efficient and courteous. Room was good enough, everything worked. Location is very central, opposite the town church. 3 floors, stairs only. Heavy luggage...

So we went outside and booked tru booking.com and saved like 20 dollars . The lady at the reception noticed this and smiled at us. The...
