Beautiful property with the luxury of a private hot springs pool in each villa. The property is beautiful and we saw more wildlife onsite than during tours. Staff are professional and accommodating. Walter at the front desk is stellar. Restaurant, housekeeping, bellman, valet, were all excellent. Delicious on site restaurants. The most luxuriously aspect of this resort is the setting. Additionally, the spa is one of the best. We loved receiving our massages while being serenaded by hundreds of birds. Massage therapist are skilled and competent. One thing that is out of management control is I'm not sure why some guests feel the need to speak at high volume while walking through the property. Therefore, I would recommend asking for a villa that is not located near any intersections. Highly recommend none the less.…
We traveled around the world and stayed at very nice places before, but nothing could beat this!! The amenities, the staff, the service, the personal eco thermal pool, the breakfast on the porch delivered to your room, the turndown service every night with a different sweet treat, the super comfy bed, the outdoor showers, the extreme attention to details, and the list could go on. This place deserves the highest praise and, justifiably, could be the best resort in Central America. If it could get a Michelin level restaurant on premises I could see it becoming the #1 in the world. Can’t wait to come back!!💕🌺
My wife and I came here for part of our honeymoon and had the most amazing experience. From stepping out of our vehicle on arrival, to the minute we left, everything was wonderful. The staff were always extremely professional, and their level of service goes above any other hotel I've stayed at in the world. The room was beautiful and made us feel like we were alone in the rain forest, despite having anything we needed a quick phone call away. We also viewed the tented camp rooms, which feature some newer touches and more sleeping room for kids, if needed. Overall, we liked the Springs' rooms, given that they were on the adults only property and all of the hotel amenities were a quick walk from our villa. Breakfast was incredible each morning, whether at Mis Amores or through room service. We also had fantastic dinners at Amor Loco, Asia Luna, and a special evening at Besame Mucho. We participated in a variety of activities on and off-site, but I highly recommend spending some time at the spa. Hope we will be back soon!…
I cannot say enough about how incredible Nayara Springs is. The resort as a whole and our experience from the moment we drove up the driveway was never short of amazing. The grounds, the INCREDIBLE friendly staff, the service, the suites, comfy bed, outdoor shower, inclusions, dining options, the seven hot springs pools, literally everything was above and beyond. Worth every penny!
My adult son and I went for a last minute trip to Costa Rica. Since we were only going for 4 nights, we debated between staying in the rain forest area - Arenal vs the beach- Peninsula Papagayo. I am sure Papagayo would have been amazing as well but we were very happy that we decided on the Arenal area and staying at the Nayara Springs. Nayara Springs is beautiful and the villa is spectacular but really it was the staff that made the trip outstanding. Andrey greeted us when we arrived and took care of us throughout our stay. Due to the last minute of our trip, we had not had time to plan any tours. Andrey made reservations for us as soon as we arrived so that we did not lose anytime. (The night tour that night was absolutely one of the highlights of our trip.) Andrey greeted us at the start of our tours and when we return from the tours. He even met with us at La Fortuna (local town) where we wanted a local meal. Just outstanding service and kindness. Also have to mention Leo as he was extremely helpful and friendly as well. Everyone at Nayara Springs and Costa Rica was wonderful, friendly and just seem to really happy. Such great environment to be in. All accommodations in Nayara Springs are villas. The villas are large, with private outdoor whirlpool and deck, surrounded by flora and fauna. The indoor double shower had great water pressure as well as the outdoor double shower. Since I was there with my adult son, I had asked for a roll away bed. Instead of the standard cot-like bed, they provided a full bed with a headboard. We were not looking forward to the 2.5 hour - 3 hour ride from Daniel Oduber Quirós International Airport to Nayara Springs. But, about half of the drive is along the Lake Arenal which is just magnificent and our driver suggested that we stopped at Cafe Macadamia midway for lunch. The trip was still long especially after a long flight, but it turned out fine. (Due to the last minute nature of our trip, we requested the ride through the hotel. With some organization, you may be able to find a ride much less expensive but for us it was worth the premium) Breakfast, laundry, yoga, gym are included in the rate. They have umbrellas everywhere for the occasional rain (rain forest) and golf carts to take you to and from your villa (the terrain can be steep). The only disappointment that we had of Nayara Springs is that we didn't have a view of the volcano. Not sure if there is any resort that does but that would have been cherry on the top. Highly, highly recommend going to Costa Rica and staying at Nayara Springs or Nayara Gardens. I believe their glamping tents are pretty cool too but we did not see them. Say hi to Andrey and Leo when you get there!…
