This was my 2nd year coming back to this beautiful resort. My boyfriend and I travel every 2 months & the hospitality and service is unlike anything I've ever seen in my life. The resort is absolutely STUNNING. Beautiful jungle paths to each villa and each restaurant. Beautiful adult pool with a nice swim up bar. Even the kid friendly pools are super beautiful too. The staff is super willing to help & very kind. If you call and need a golf cart to take you to a restaurant or to the hot springs they’re super quick and efficient. You don’t wait long at all. They’re very punctual. Even the cleaning service passes by 3 times a day! They close your blinds for you when it’s dark and replace all your dirty towels with clean ones. They leave little chocolates and cookies too every night & leave new towel art. It’s the little things they do that really just make the entire experience so memorable. The food is incredible, even the activities they provide through the hotel are amazing as well. Although the first time we had visited we did so many activities that we even extended our stay longer to enjoy the resort itself more. This is my favourite place in the whole world and I hope everyone has a chance to stay here at least one time in their life.

Nayara Springs lives up to its reputation. It is a peaceful, retreat in the jungle. It is very romantic. Beautiful villas. Loved the private hot springs pool in the back. Breakfast delivered to the room every day was a real treat. Service was incredible, food was delicious. Loved the termales in property. They were almost always empty. Oh- loved the free mini bar and laundry! Must go to this place.

Truly great experience! Loved everything about this property. The room, the food, the service - all impeccable. The staff makes all efforts to ensure you’ll have the best vacation possible. The hot springs were lovely and easily accessible with the help of golf carts circulating the property at all times.

My wife and I came here for our honeymoon in December 2021, and let me just say this was pure bliss! My wife and I are LGBTQ+, so we were a little worried that the staff might not be super friendly just because none of the other reviews mentioned it. But we decided to take the gamble since Costa Rica is not on the "do not travel" list for queer folk. Rest assured, we were treated with utmost respect! I hope the same would go for gender non-conforming folks and others in the queer community. Anyway, onward to the amazing things we experienced: We stayed in Nayara Springs (adult-only) for 3 nights and Nayara Gardens (families) for 2 nights. We had to shift some dates a couple of months before traveling, so we had to leave Springs and head to the Gardens. During check-in we were told the pools and restaurants were "rowdier" on the Gardens side because there could be kids (that definitely was not the case). The Gardens room we moved to was almost exactly like the Springs side and about 2/3 the cost per night (it was Rainforest Villa #39). The plunge pool isn't spring water, but it is still heated and I think maybe even a little bigger! Even after we moved rooms from springs to garden, we could still access everything on the adult-only Springs side. There really was no difference in our experience other than being closer to certain restaurants. The pools and swim up bars were really nice, and weren't crowded at all. I wonder if that was due to the time of year as it was the week before Christmas. We saw a few families, but it definitely wasn't very "rowdy" at all! So of course it became an inside joke -- "geeze, it's ROWDY here…" I liked walking everywhere (it is steep!), but there are lots of golf carts if you would rather get carted around - it is vacation after all. There are also lots of umbrellas if you ever get surprised by rain! ROOM: The room is splendid. We really could have stayed in the room for the week and been utterly happy. There is so much privacy, we hung out in the plunge pool and read books on the hammock and watched TV (the wifi is good). Note that due to being in Costa Rica, you may not be able to access all of your normal streaming services. Netflix worked. HBO Max did not. Side note: housekeeping comes twice a day - once during the day and once while you're at dinner. When they come in the evening, they leave little desserts next to the bed. Everything is so thoughtful and incredibly personable. We cannot say enough about the service we received. EXCURSIONS: We did free yoga on the first morning, and that was relaxing and the instructor was great. We even got some guest appearances from the local turkeys. Nayara helped us plan our excursions -- waterfall repelling with Pure Trek, ziplining with Sky Adentures, and the hanging bridges tour with Mistico. They were all great and wetted all of my appetites (adventurous-seeking and knowledge-seeking). We could have done the spa there but instead waited to do that at our next venue (which was a mistake, because it sounded like Nayara spa would have been WAY better). FOOD: The included breakfast/brunch is AMAZING. At the springs they will deliver to your room and gardens they won't. However, the brunch at La Terraza is AMAZING, and had we known how good it was on day one we would have gone there every day rather than doing the a la cart or having it delivered. We did the Besame Mucho dinner (romantic private dinner for two) -- it was probably the only thing I would consider cheesy (and pricey ~$300), but I'm glad we did it for the experience (and laughs)! They covered the entryway and table in rose petals and played 70s and 80s American romance ballads for 3 hours. A recommendation for Nayara: it would be very romantic if one of the singers (either the singer at La Terraza or the guitarist at Amor Loco) serenade us during dinner. Just one song. My heart would have stopped! Overall 11/10. I don't think I expected to be so pleased… so well done Nayara!!! We are trying to convince our families to plan trips there so we can come back soon! Shout out to Kenner, Fernando and Luis for being incredibly helpful and catering to our every need!
