Wasn't too satisfied with front desk service. It felt the whole time like I was bothering them when trying to get info and furthermore, there was no info to give! What kind of hotel doesn't have maps? I felt like I was trapped at this hotel and they took advantage of my inexperience with their city to try to force...

This is a beautiful site, and the gardens help you enjoy it even more. The architecture is excellent with rooms close to nature. The hot springs were relaxing and very clean overall. The restaurant conviniently was closed to the pool, and the food was not extraordinary but more than just ok.

Views of the volcano from your room! (Although it's usually in cloud!!) make this an amazing place. The rooms are lovely the restaurant good, staff very helpful. It is out of town (10min taxi ride) and on a big spread out site which was good for us (golf carts carry you and your luggage if you like) Best bit was...

My boyfriend and I sincerely enjoyed our time staying in the Volcano Lodge and Springs. Their pool was amazing, the hot springs were clean, the rooms were clean and comfortable, the staff was amazingly hospitable and the view of the volcano just cannot be beat. One slight downside to the hotel is that it's relatively inaccessible to local attractions except...

What a wonderful surprise. The lodge was clean and the staff friendly. We had a great view of the volcano and the hot springs were awesome. We were so pleased because they were open 24 hours. The room was not very modern, but huge, super clean and with AMAZING view of the volcano. It also had a nice patio at the garden. The setup of the gardens was really nice and really gave the feeling of the area (rain forest type of plants, hot springs, exotic flowers). It was quiet but not lonely, the stuff was...

Our rooms were clean and beautiful patio overlooking the gardens. Very safe with secure entrance. The only thing during summer is rainy season so the only time we got a glimpse of volcano...
