Friendly staff. Very clean facility. Great pool. Good breakfast included. Lovely private stand alone rooms with views of the volcano. They arrange tours and massages for you billed to your room if you like. Would definitely stay here again. Don't miss the Eco Termales thermal springs down the road.

Our bungalow was very quiet and a short stroll to the restaurant. Staff was very pleasant and the food was pretty good. The grounds are impressive and we had quite a few interesting "visitors" check in each day. We found blue jean dart frogs on the property And a nice jungle stroll above the property which made for the jungle...

Dear Dianne E. Thank you so much for your visit to our facilities. We are glad that you enjoyed your stay in our mountain lodge. Related to your negative appreciation of the mattress, we would like to know the room number where you were sleeping and this way go and check it and if needed change it. Please send us...

The rooms here are excellent and the position and views superb. It has a good swimming pool which was enjoyed by us and many others but it is small enough for things not to be crowded. We had two rooms for our stay in August. We had an economy room for our 2 teenage boys and a bungalow for my wife and I. The economy room was a little small, but priced right. Our boys seemed to manage fine. Our bungalow was close to the pool. the view of the volcano was partially obscured by a...

Stayed here with extended family - we had 3 rooms right near the lobby. Each room is its own little separate house and very nice and private. Just a couple of minor suggestions I would make/mention - the "hot tub" was not hot at all - lukewarm at best -could not stay in it very long at all - plus...

The hotel is a little outside of La Fortuna (not walking distance but a quick cab ride). It is worth being a little out of town as it is set on the most beautiful tropical grounds where we had a big, well air conditioned, luxury wood chalet to ourselves. It had two large double beds and a huge bathroom, all...
