We picked this hotel based on other reviews. We travelled with our two children (11 and 14). Check-in was simple.. Staff were always more than friendly. Our boys enjoyed the pool area and games room, especially the pool table. The breakfast was quite good, with two choices of meal, the typical (Costa Rican style breakfast) and the Continental. The rooms...

We had a great stay. The service is outstanding. The man at the bar (unfortunately we don't remember his name) did everything for us to make us feel at home, even organized to get our laundry washed. Thank you so much!!! Breakfast was delicious and the pool very nice. There is even a billard table. Loved it!!

We spent only one night at the hotel but we enjoyed it a lot. The rooms were comfortable and the personnel was extremely helpful. Unfortunately, our room was very close to the street so it was a little noisy. Other than that, everything was very niche. It is an excellent option outside San Jose and on your way to the...

Thanks again for pointing out our staff's helpfulness and attitude towards great service! For people looking an option outside of San José, and avoiding traffic jams in the capital city, we are definitely a great option in the area. As you mentioned, we want to be set apart by our design and character -minimalistic rooms, art gallery, green areas, and...

This Garden-Hotel its an amazing experience touching the nature with a tropical forest around. I appreciate the service and carings from the staff. Nice pool and the location is really good cause you are outside from Alajuela´s rush hours. Best regards!

A large amount of our 3 hectares of property is dedicated to our gardens and green areas, that's why you get the feel of being in the middle of a tropical forest, even though we are located 20 minutes from the International Airport Juan Santamaría in Alajuela. Thanks again for pointing out our staff service and caring! We love what...

main area of hotel is nice and decor is cool. Food and cocktails are good. Downside is that rooms arent so hip or well appointed- and location isnt nice- its near airport in a part of Alajuela which is really grimmy and located on road..but from inside the complex, you wouldnt notice so its OK. The bathrooms in particular arent...

We stayed here one night before flying back home. We found the hotel in last minute and went there literally 30 mins after making a reservation online. The hotel is among the community which can be very busy during the rush hour. The staff were very nice and friendly and helpful. The room was okay for me, the bed was...

This hotel seemed to be of the cleaner ones, you will still find bugs, that just seems to be the norm in these countries- so be prepared. The AC works VERY well, and is super cold, cools the room in minutes. Sheets & towels were very clean, room was cleaned daily. I did not like that there was no TV,...

We stayed here the last night of our Costa Rica trip. It was an inexpensive but clean and safe hotel. The rooms were minimalistic (see photo) but clean and comfortable. It was also half the price of the first hotel we stayed for 3 days in Alajuela when we arrived 11 days back. The hotel is hard to find --...

Nice rooms laid out in walled grounds with security. Rooms don't have TV or fridge. Very nice restaurant, bar and pool. Great staff. Free parking. The only thing there's not much in the immediate area you need transport to get to the local sights and town centre.

Thank you for staying with us! I am glad that you did enjoy the facility and staff during your stay. This is a great little hotel, great staff and great atmosphere... the grounds are beautiful.
