I stayed at this Hotel, which looked cozy from the outside, on 1-2-17. We arrived at about 1 in the morning. They put us in a smoking room that smelled like rotten eggs. We were so tired and had already got all of our stuff into the room so we were prepared to power through the smell, however, after washing...

We stayed at the Econo Lodge over the weekend to see an football game. As you know in a football city hotel rooms go quick. I called Choice Privilege to get a room. They stated that Econo Loge was the only avalible place to stay. So we checked and the front desk staff was a little rude and unhelpful, in...

These people are con artists. Don't stay here!! We cancelled within the allotted time (...only 30 minutes after initial reservation) and they wouldn't refund our full balance. Charges us a $50 fee. Furthermore, we stayed at the hotel last year. It's a dump and we only use it as a last resort on football weekends, etc. Seriously, I think there...

Stopped at this Econo Lodge for an overnight stay. The lady at check-in was very pleasant and efficient. The room was nicely furnished and everything worked. The only thing I saw was the calking in the bathroom needed to be redone. I would stay here again.

We were desperate for a room during graduation weekend in Tuscaloosa, since the motel we had originally booked was nowhere we would ever stay it was so bad, and the man at the front desk was extremely helpful and managed to get us in for 3 nights that we needed. The price was high for an Econo Lodge, but all...

Awful experience! Checked in past midnight and had to check-in through a small window. When we got to our room, our key cards did not work. We went back to the small window and got new cards. Again, these didn't work. The front desk employee came and opened up our door with a master key. Told us there was nothing...

The only positive here is the friendly front desk person. The room has a couch in it that needs to be in the dump. The smoke alarm was hanging by the wires from the ceiling. Mini refrigerator needs to be defrosted. chair at desk has missing wheel. sheets are gray looking. If we had not been so tired we would...

The room was disgusting. Trash under the furniture, fingernails on the floor, mold in the bathroom. We arrived late and had no choice but to stay that night, but we cut our stay short and found a new hotel. Worst hotel experience in 25 years of travel.

I am not a big fan of Econo Lodge having had a few bad nights a their motels. However, I was coming into Tuscaloosa late, I was tired and the motel was right off of the highway so decided to give them another chance. It was nice for your basic motel. The room was clean with a flat screen tv....

We were visiting from Australia and found friendly staff and decent rooms at a fair price. Safe and secure with plenty to do nearby. Would stay here again and can recommend to others. P.s. cool town as well!!!
