Like the room they where clean a smell real good enjoyed All the historic pictures on the walls in the hallway the breakfast was excellent nice front desk clerk was very helpful didn’t get a chance to get in the pool they looked really nice we’ll get it when we come back in July of this year

I checked in on 29 May. Went to the room upon entering the room it was very stuffy and a strong smoke odor. Later on in the night the refrigerator stopped working with water all over the floor!! I asked the front desk clerk to switch rooms, but she said there wasn’t any clean rooms! Not understanding why I wasn’t asked if I could wait until one come available. Poor customer service and I wouldn’t recommend this Hotel to anyone!!

We continually strive to ensure that our rooms smell fresh and clean without the smoke odor. If you are unsatisfied with your room, we always try to relocate if there is a clean room available but we are sorry that we failed to do this during your most recent stay. All guest complaints are taken seriously including the fridge, and we want to assure you that the problem you brought to our attention is being addressed. Who knew that a little hotel like this would be just what we were hoping for? Memorial Day weekend last minute bookings were almost impossible, with only this hotel coming up available. Took a chance on it...thinking that we would just be glad of a bed, but was so pleasantly surprised at the clean rooms and updated bathrooms. Thank you for looking after us!

We had to use the restroom that is out in the lobby. The toilet was stopped up. It was after midnight when we found out the toilet was sopped up. The remote was not working properly. My husband and I were very disappointed.

Walls in between rooms are thin I guess because I could hear everything from both rooms left and right and definitely on top!!!.I had to sleep with the tv on to mute the loud talking,singing, and sex nosies..

This was a great place to stay for a quick overnight. The only reason I rated 4 stars was I was in 2nd floor and no elevator & I have a lot of equipment to carry with my job. The breakfast was nice & room was comfy 😁

The staff was amazing! The lady that checked us in was so sweet and helpful with all of our questions. I believe her name was Victoria! There was a great hot breakfast served by a wonderful woman and not to mention the cleanliness of the room! We will be staying whenever we are in town.

The place filled up with out of town employees it seemed... In this day of Covid19 the hotel has a sign which read, "No mask, No service." Well not many people were wearing a mask to include the staff which bothered me a bit to be honest. That evening there were work vehicles all over the parking lot. Some so big they could not park them in proper parking spots. Felt like the breakfast room would be crowded in the a.m. so I never went down because of Covid19. I traveled from Ohio so we were trying not to bring any Covid19 illnesses to the state as well as bring any home with us from the state. We safely achieve that goal thank the Lord.

Noise level very high, can easily hear the person's TV next door and was very annoying. The room was not very clean, sheets had dried food on them from previous guests, bath room toilet and shower were not cleaned well, hair on toilet and floor from previous guests. However the breakfast was the best and front desk staff were very friendly and kind.

I had a less than favorable experience at this hotel. I shared my concerns which were many all of which kept me from being well rested. The Manager offered me 10% off my rate (less than $10) for a serious rod customer service failures. I would not stay there again because of the hard bed and the poor service.
