As a large group (120) there were not many places we could go, so we could not be too fussy, however the rooms were smelling of cigarettes, burn marks on the carpet floor and the bathroom must have been modelled on an 80's Swedish sauna. The beds were the softest we had slept on in two weeks (and that is... More

The OneHome yalong Hotel has a number of art works in a fashionable lobby area. At least one English speaking attendant is on duty at the check-in at all times I used the check-in. There are 4 restaurants icluding two Chinese, one hot pot, and one Japanese Teppanyaki style restaurant. The rooms are reasonably large but the shower was small.... More

Stayed here because of its good reviews on another site. First room we received had never been cleaned. Hair and many stains on the floor, disgusting couches, filthy bathroom floor, and peeling drywall. We informed the front desk and were told that we could have it cleaned then and there or wait the following day. That was not acceptable and... More

We stayed 4 Nights in this hotel. Rooms are not as spacious as other hotels in China ( 4star). Location is OK there are lot of small shops near by for Fruits, Cola etc. Breakfast was served on second floor. Mainly Chinese food served in the breakfast, very limited western/ continental food available. Need to wait for elevator for almost... More

I stayed here during a Semicon Show I attended in Shanghai. It was a few stops away by train to THE BUND. I find the interiors of the hotel as well as the rooms to be modern and comfortable. Would definitely stay here again.

When arrived in hotel, took more than 20mins go up to our rooms for just waited for the lift in the lobby. Room facilities are averages and do not have cotton buds in our room. Bathroom equipped with ceiling warm light which quite useful in the winter. Room comes with kitchenette and simple cook facilities. Breakfast served on the second... More

I recommend this hotel for a stay in Shanghai. Though it is located on some distance from the subway Century Avenue, it is easily accessable by taxi at ca. RMB15 (st. Century av. - line2). From this station we used subway to reach all our destinations in Shanghai - this was cheaper and quicker than taxi for complete route. Shanghai... More

The stay in Yalong hotel in May 2010 has been a arduous experience. If the confort of the rooms was ok, there was a big problem with the service. Impossible to change money after 8PM, room service completely inoperative, 45 minutes to check out when I left the place with 50 people waiting behind me... But the worst is an... More
