Stayed in a private room on the 3rd floor for 4 nights. Room was clean and comfortable, showers good but hot water not available for part of the Day, wifi was not working during my stay but there's a Starbucks not too far away, reception staff not very polite but were helpful enough.

Great location. Close to metro. Reasonable pricing considering it was Shanghai. · Great location very close to metro. Exit 11. Rooms were clean. · No wifi only in bar. Staff were disinterested and appeared not to want to be there. (There was one young girl on reception that was friendly and smiling). They seem to forget they are in hospitality!!

Stayed there for a week last September with my family. It's a budget-friendly hostel with an exceptional location! It's a walking distance away from the subway, People's square, restaurants, shopping districts, etc. However, the room, amenities, facilities are old and the sheets were not clean. ㅜㅜ The employees were not accommodating even though they are working in the hospitality industry. I asked for a towel and luggage storage but it seemed that they did not want to be bothered by my question. I hope they can improve the facilities and employees' attitude because the hostel has a really good location. If they improve both, then maybe there will be more HAPPY guests in the future. Just a thought :)
