We stayed for 10 days with our 9 months old baby. It waa FREEZING cold! Turning the Air conditioning in the room to full, didn't help, as it was blowing cold (i check it by measuring with the baby infrared thermometer) We tried to resolve the issue, by talking to the reception, but the only solution, but we was told that the air-conditioning in the rooms is "Natural" whatever that means... Meanwhile in the hallway was hot, so the issue waa with the room. Anyhow, the solution they had, was giving us extra blankets (which doesn't fix the problem, as 9 months old babies want to play and explore, and not just hide under heavy load of blankets). We receive 1 blanket the same day, then after contacting Booking, for assistance, we get got woken up at 2 AM by a member of the hotel staff, who was bringing us another blanket (we couldn't use the blanket, as our sleep for the night was over, since our baby woke up from this, and wouldn't fall asleep any more) The next day, we came back to the hotel, only to find another 4 blankets on the bed (by then we already have 6 extra blankets). When booking contacted the hotel, their answer was that there is no problem, the air-condition is working fine, and guests should simply adjust the temperature... By that time half of our time there was gone, and we had no extra money to spend on another hotel, so we just stayed heavily dressed up, whenever we needed to stay in the room. Im super disappointed as my 9 months old baby is with terrible cold now. Flying back home with him having cold was really bad for him(and for All the passengers on the plane, as he was crying in pain) , as the block nose unable him to adjust to the air pressure, so he was in constant ear pain ( our flight was 14 hours) and i fully blame the hotel for that! Thats absolutely unacceptable for any hotel! …

I stay one night in this hotel. I really like it. The location is great and very close to all kind of biz building. The hotel located at a very beautiful riverside and a very peaceful, nice community. Lots of beautiful trees. I arrived earlier but the receptionist assigned me a very nice room since she knew I was dog tired after an early morning flight. The room- clean, neat. Bath room is very easy to use and clean. I love this place and I will think of stay there again.

Unless you can speak Chinese you should avoid this Hotel. It takes nearly 3/4 hour to drive to the city centre. The hotel has no shuttle bus, as some hotels do, and if not, should. You can use the underground, but you need to read chinese characters better than I do. Call a taxi? I tried. After waiting half hour it arrived, I showed the driver where I wanted to go as written by the girl at reception. He read it, but did not know where to go. So I went back to my hotel. I am here for 4 more days. I am going to sleep for four days and give Shanghai a miss.

This hotel is located at about 10 minute-walk away from Longde Rd station where subway No.11 and No.13 stop. The best way to reach to hotel from Longde Rd station is to go toward Exit No2 after getting off the train, and up and out from Exit No.2, and go forward to the road which is along to river, and then turn to the left and go straight to the hotel. On the way, walk path is very narrow, we have to watch out a lot of electric bike. Regarding Hotel, this area was quiet more than I expecred , bevause there are river in front of hotel and a lot apartments over the river. This hotel provides complementary breakfast services to all guest. I had enjoyed nice Chinese foods like porridge, noodle and bun and so on and so forth there every morning. The buffet is in front of reception and so wide. There were various style area like chinese style round table, sports bar style area and kids playing area, etc. I visited to watch the Formula one race at Shanghai circuit which is accessible by subway No11, so this hotel was very helpful for me. However, coffee machine in the buffet often didn't work, English cannot be used sometimes. It can be perfect if these are improved.…

We stayed here at the last part of our journey in China. It was the most beautiful room we have had in China, so the beginning was promising. We have stayed here for 3 nights and it all ends with the good rooms. Breakfast was mediocre, everything was watery or old. The things we did enjoy was plain joghurt, but we had to wait until 8 before joghurt was served. Even though the staff were just playing on their phone. It has quite a good access to the big city. Just a half hour with the subway.

The hotel is located near to a shopping mall and a Metro station. The rooms are clean and comfortable. Service during breakfast leave much to be desired. Food refill takes a long time. Some food never get refilled.

It's just like 2 star Indian hotel...no staff able to understand English.....no amenities.....construction going on.....if you are not from China and don't know Chinese then please avoid to stay there....isolated...even no taxi....hotel staff also not helpful....they even don't call taxi for you....only plus point that it is in front of river.

Front office staff had to improve thier english speaking skills. Room are run down, carpet very old and looks dirty. Air-con control faulty and is very noisy when switch on. Breakfast are mostly local varities and not International Breakfast.

good hotel overall. rooms were a good size, good location with 7 mins to the shopping mall with a food court, and 7 mins to the train station. internet speed was ok compared to other Chinese hotel i've been at.

The hotel itself has nice rooms, but is far away from any sort of life and touristic site. The metro stops are 10 to 20 minutes walking, on a street mostly without sidewalks and no convenience shops anywhere close. Staff does not speak English well, although not worse than anywhere else in China. Breakfast is basic and mainly for Chinese. All in all, if you have some business in the area and do not mind using taxis could be fine, otherwise not the best location in Shanghai.
