Excellent service. Staff offered 3 bottles of drink while having a discussion with guess at the foyer of 2nd floor conference hall. However, breakfast was not up to the expectation - less varieties and congested seat arrangement despite this is a temporary dining venue due to on upgrading renovation.

I spent one night at Ramada Plaza Pudong. The room was very clean and comfortable. The evening staff was very welcoming and helpful; the morning staff was a little bit less efficient, but my overall experience was positive. The breakfast buffet was huge and very appealing. Very convenient location only 5 min away from the airport (free shuffle).

Stayed here for two nights as part of a business trip. For a western chain hotel in China, the room was not as nice as other hotels. But very clean and everything worked well. Breakfast buffet was reasonable.

I was being put here for a few days. On check-in, I was advised that I could charge my meals to the room but beside my first dinner, I had to pay cash for all other nights. The hotel is more of a business hotel but breakfast seems to start off very slow. Noodle was not available at 7am. During...

The rooms are good, small but good, service is just OK, the problem is the understanding of English. Food is horrible. The buffet was almost empty half an hour before the end, and of course if you asked nobody would understand you

Hotel seems nice but service is mediocre. Television that automatically switches on to haress with Wyndham ads is very annoying. After my stay I had a follow up question but no comprehesion at the phone and no reply to emails. The hotel wasn't bad but you have to keep in mind that it's no Hilton, Sheraton or Marriott....

Unexpectedly unfriendly personnel, hardly a word in English. When I came to take a coffee at the bar downstairs, and it was still 15 minutes before it gets closed they refused to render service to me in a very brusque manner. The reception doesn't help in anything. Also don't speak English. The room smelled. The shuttle bus is very very...

I stayed in Ramada Plaza Pudong hotel in Shanhai for some days and was very upset about the Internet connection. It is very slow and it is absolutely impossible to watch the movie online in your room.
