Shanghain International Airport Hotel is located near Shanghai Hongqiao International Airport. The hotel has great friendly and helpful staff. However, I feel there is a need for the hotel to refurbish its rooms since it is quite old. The location is close to the airport, however, there are not any places you can walk outside the hotel to roam around...

If your flight has a long stop over then make sure you have plenty of warm clothes, the airport in December and January was freezing, not many shops to peruse if you have a long wait, food looked ok but found a Costa right at the end of the row of shops, that looked much better, at least the food...

DO NOT get a taxi from the people inside saying they work for the airport and who also wear airport staff badges and will take you to a little booth in the airport with eftpos but they will prefer cash and charge you less if you use cash. They will charge you at least double the fair to wherever you...

The location is fantastic for both terminal 2, the railway station and a free bus to get the terminal 1. The only slight downfall came in check in and the lady was not very helpful in telling me where my room was. The room is slightly small but for a flying visit after a long night it is a perfect...

Yes, this is another formerly very nice hotel that has gone very local. Yes, some of the staff can be a bit abrupt. And yes, the air conditioning is not great. But there are some good things about this hotel. First of all, they will pick you up any time of the day or night, from either Hongqiao Terminal. I...

only hotel 5 minutes walk from shanghai airport, easy to find, walk towards the trains and the hotel sign and you cannot miss the round tower elevator. Gaudy aging las vegas style lobby, terrible non smiling customer service. you check in with one front desk person and then have to line up with another to pay a key deposit. this...

I booked a room and when I arrived they told there was a problem with my reservation. Some minutes later told that all the rooms are occupied and then they give me a new rate for the room, 50% more expensive. Be aware of that if you're going to book by yourself. Very bad behavior. Besides this hotel is not...

Avoid this hotel, unless you are stuck at the location. McDonalds is nearby at terminal 1 for having any decent food. The ac was not working and they coul d not fix the issue. Near to the airport, which is the only advantage.

Breakfast is a smorgasbord,Japanese food is very good. From hotel to HONGQIAO Airport and Railway Terminal have a free bus. If you have a useful and good level this hotel is adequate for the purpose.

This hotel is a nightmare if you are not Chinese or Japanese. Only front desk people speak English but are very rude. Rest of the staff doesn't speak English but are very nice and helpful. Especially the doorman from the afternoon that with his broken English, will try to help you as much as possible. One the good side, I...
