Good hotel with all of the necessary amenities in a convenient section of town fit for business travellers. Complimentary dining offered to me had sufficient variety. It was unusual that gold members did not receive access to the exec lounge at this hotel in contrast...More

When we were in Shanghai we used the subway. It is a short distance from the hotel. The screens for the routes are in English as well as Chinese. Not only is the subway very cheap and quick you are also more likely to get to your destination than if you use a taxi. We found ourselves a long way from where we wanted to be the first time we got a taxi.
