My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Many thanks to Michael for assigning us a Pearl Tower view room …. The view was absolutely stunning , especially after nightfall ! On arrival at the hotel , after check in we were shown to our rooms by Ashin who was both very polite and courteous. Dining in the hotel was excellent. The afternoon tea in Aura was especially good and the service provided by Janice and the team was second to none. Breakfast in Scena was excellent , with fantastic views… excellent job by the chef and the team. The swimming pool and hot tub provide excellent views over the Huangpu River and is a great place to wind down after a hectic day. Many thanks also to Debbie Wong , for helping our stay run smoothly. We took a weekend to relax at the Shanghai Ritz Carlton and we pleased to find incredible service and relaxing environment. It’s worth mentioning Cynthia, Bill and Ivy, they were thoughtful and attentive and kept our glasses full. We will certainly be back for our oasis in the city to reenergise.

Due to Covid traveling restrictions, we decided to celebrate my birthday at Ritz Shanghai Pudong. I am so thankful for the crew especially Jessi, Derek, Eason, Cici and Lucy! They went out their ways to accommodate our needs and showed us great hospitality. They decorated the room, made me a cute chocolate cake and some fruits, took pictures for us and even made me an customized room card key. 🥰Y’all made my birthday very special. Huge thank y’all!! The room has a great river view especially at night!!! Fantastic location as it’s based in IFC. Walking distance to the bund. I would highly recommend this place to anyone whether just for a trip or special occasions. They exceed expectations! ;D

Two years ago i came to stay in Ritz with family and to celebrate New Year’s Eve. At that time I met with Ashin, She is so considerate and provided us with excellent service that deeply impressed us. So this time before I came to stay, I advised Ashin a lot about hotel’s changing policy caused by recent pandamic and three-month quarantine in Shanghai. She introduced in details about room and dining service in such a special time and arranged everything so nice with her colleague! Their arranged balloon, bunch of flowers, handwritten card, fresh photo in frame made it another well-being experience to us. Here I would strongly recommend my friends to come and stay in the hotel. Besides with the tremendous view to the exotic-style architecture in the Band and modern skyscrapers in the city corner, mostly important, is their high quality service would definitely attracts your coming one more time. I had an unforgettable birthday yesterday at The Ritz-Carlton, Pudong, Shanghai. On the day of my stay, I was notified that I was upgraded to the Bund View Suite, and I was very excited. But the surprise from the hotel is far more than that! Here I would like to thank a team from the Cuest Recognition Officer, member namely Michael, Jessee, Barry, Chelsea and Ashin. They did an fancy job, especially Jessee, Barry and Ashin, who stayed with me the day I checked in. Ashin is a very professional, attentive and enthusiastic staff. She took me for a room tour and introduced me to the facilities and locations of the hotel. With her help, I quickly learned about the facilities of the entire hotel. In addition, Jessee, Barry and Ashin meticulously prepared a birthday cake for me and sent me birthday wishes when I had dinner at the restaurant. But It's a pity thing that I was too excited and didn't take a photo with them. Furthermore, When I got back to my room after the meal, the turn-down service was ready for me. On the bedside was a birthday present prepared by their team for me, a Ritz-Carlton lion cub and a hand-painted birthday card. What a beautiful day! Moreover, The surprise continued, when I checked out today, Jessee and Barry, on behalf of the entire team, sent me a custom room card with my name and birthday date on it. It's unbelievable, something I've never experienced in other Ritz-Carlton branches. The entire team of Michael, Jessee, Barry, Chelsea and Ashin injected new vitality into the development of The Ritz-Carlton Shanghai Pudong with their professional and enthusiastic service. At this point, I don't think they are hotel staff anymore, I think they are more like my friends! Thank them for a really wonderful birthday for me. All the love it! See u in the future!…

My family had a great time in the ritz Carlton in Pudong. The view was breathtaking and there were many things to keep us occupied like fitness, pool and spa. The food provided at the lounge looked simplistic, but is quite nutritious and very delicious. Not only that, the people there were amazing. They would do everything they can to ensure that our stay was an overall great vacation experience. Especially thanks to Sylvie, Cindy, Cynthia, Ethan, Lumen, Ivy, Lychee, Kiki and Kily in Club. And, Danhua in Spa.

My staycation at Ritz-Carlton Pudong is really a perfect one. Although I booked my stay via a travel agency, they offered me a room with a Peral Tower view, it's really marvellous. The service at the lounge is also brilliant and I enjoyed all of the meals. Much to my surprise, I was offered a special souvenir, a room card with my name carved on it. I have to mention that Annie, Cici, Cindy and Kily all left me very good impression for their professional and warm-hearted service.

I stayed at ritz for 3 weeks this time and the staff are very friendly and makes this a very comfortable stay. The floor cleaning team both miss zeng (day) and Vicky (night) took very good care of me and goes behind their normal duty to look after me. Would recommend ritz which never disappoints
