This hotel is perfectly located near the Shanghai railway station and near 4 subway lines and is very accessible. The area is not very touristy but there is a shopping center nearby and some restaurant. It has one of the most luxurious lobby I have ever seen. Huge hall with a crystal dragon running along it. In the middle a...

It is located near the old Shanghai train station which is a bit out of the main hub. You need a taxi to go to the French Concession or to the Bund, a good 20 minutes or so, but taxis are not expensive. Everything else is. Don't think that you will find cheaper things in China, the exchange rate at...

Hotel location is convenient from the train station (5 min walk), although the actual intersection it is fairly gross (smells like piss all the time, garbage, etc) The staff are efficient and always willing to help, but I would not call them "friendly". Seemed to be very disconnected. The hotel lobby is stunning. Worth a stay to get a good...

Good location, the staff is very helpful arranging taxis, writing down notes/instructions for taxi drivers, etc.. the breakfast is amazing! We had the breakfast included and it was seriously like a 1/4 mile long with truly international options. Very fresh, chefs making omlettes, etc. Company paid for our room somI cannot remember what we paid but this is a great...

It was my third time staying in this charming property, and I enjoyed it much this time! I stayed at the 20/F and the room was spacious! The bed was so comfy! It was a work trip, attended an awards dinner, had business dinner at the Chinese restaurant plus a few visits to the Club Lounge! Food was yummy and...

Hotel located in Puxi district – many shops and places to explore. Hotel is modern and very nice. Large atrium with indoor multi-leveled koi pond. Even live soft jazz entertainment in middle of foyer with grand piano and bass player. Rooms are very spacious, big screen 4k tv, large marble bath/shower/tub, multi-international electrical outlets and comfortable beds. Large gym with...

I stayed at this hotel for a business meeting in March. Overall, everything went smoothly. The main meeting hall was very large and spacious. There are no windows but I realise that windows in a meeting room is a rarity. That said, everything else went fine. The rooms were generous in size, bathroom was clean and linen was fresh and...

Corner room on top floor was fantastic; I thought I had a suite but actually just a superior view room. Separate high tech toilet room, separate bath room with rainforest shower, Dressing area, sofas and office space. Very good room, lovely entrance atrium to the hotel as well; we had an issue at check in when they had released the...
