Classic Hotel Large room and bathroom. Gowns, slippers very comfy huge bed. Lap top safe. Downside was room cold . Aircon wouldn't go above 24. Extra doonas in drawer were good. No line for drying in the bathroom. No face washers. No fire masks which were in all other hotels in China. Breakfast Buffet wasn't great . Staff friendly but...

this is a large hotel. Rooms are spacious and nicely furnished. But, despite what it says on the website and on the notices throughout the hotel there is no Italian restaurant , no European restaurant and no cafe. There is a Chinese restaurant and that's it. I went looking for a beer at 9pm and it wasn't possible. We had...

I have just returned from a business trip and was booked into this hotel by my supplier as it was close for him. It is a bit out of the way and if I was travelling for other purposes I would choose something more central and closer to the subway. The rooms are actually very nice. They are quite large...

I was hesitant to book this hotel because some of the negative reviews about how small the room was. I went ahead because of the great price for Shanghai, where hotel prices are getting more and more expensive. When I checked in the room, I found the room is big and clean. The only negative thing I saw is that...

Took 45min to checkin, and same to checkout. The gym is rubbish because there is very little equipment and its poorly maintained. The room key did nit work the 2nd day I of my stay, had to go back to reception and wait 20min. English only basic level or none for hotel staff. They would not let me use the...

It's the rooms that win the hotel the four stars and also the service -very, very good. Where it falls down is breakfast, which is a bit mediocre and the massive flaw in the system is the desk in the room - whoever designed it so you destroy your knee cap when you get close to the desk should be...

I stayed here for 3 night during a business trip. The room was big with a very comfortable bed and amazing pillows. My room had a large flat screen TV and free internet as well as tea and coffee making facilities. The bathroom is very modern and nicely designed. The decor throughout the hotel is very modern and tasteful and...

It's big, cheap (for European standards) and very nice. Comfy beds, quite big hotel room and nice WC. Usually don't have enough money to exchange for euros :/ Employees speak poor English but aren't rude. Be careful: good because it's 10min walking from metro but to return by taxi at night can be nightmare! Most taxi drivers won't take u...

I checked in the hotel for a business trip for 1 week, attending the Hotelex exhibition. The hotel was chosen by our friend as a midway between the exhibition hall and the city centre. The room was large, the twin beds big and comfortable and the bathroom clean with shower and a bathtub. A thing that bothered me was the...
