This Ramada is situated not near the Bund/Pudong but in Wujiaochang in the north of Shanghai. Nevertheless it offers stunning views of the Wujiaochang district (a mini-Pudong) and is quite close to Fudan University. The rooms are fairly spacious and have good-sized en-suites with the usual amenities, although sound proofing could be a bit better against the traffic noise. The...

The hotel is getting old and warn. The carpets are dirty and the bathrooms are in need of a renovation. The air-con in the rooms worked well once you figured out the Chinese instructions. Breakfasts were very Chinese orientated and there was a huge variety to choose from. The lighting and air-con in the hotel public spaces was a bit...

Out of age hotel, bathrooms have black mold/fungus. Had a seminar that took place in the hotel. Only stayed for convenience. If you are a smoker it's a perfect place as every public toilet inside hotel is full of smoke. Only few staff speak English. The highlight was the lunch as the food taste was good.

Stayed here for 2 nights as part of a tour. Overall it was probably one of the better hotels we stayed in. Room was very spacious but definitely needs a refurbishment. Carpet a bit dirty, furniture knocked about. Same for bathroom. But bedding was clean and comfortable, clean towels. Little kitchenette area with kettle, tea/coffee, sink. Room on the 14th...

A 21 storey massive building, not at par with other hotels of Ramada chain. Breakfast spread is limited, with slow refills. Carpet in the room was torn with nails sticking out. Staff do not understand English, therefore, very difficult to convey one's view point. Internet was patchy.

Employee's behavior needs complete makeover, people at reception are not there to help. Wifi doesn't work in rooms but only in lobby which not good for a person who might be coming after all day at exhibition or conference.

The rooms are fine, spacious with kitchen area. The hotel has nothing to offer in terms of facilities. Staff are unhelpful and at times rude. The hotel has a very "seen better days" feel to it. I stayed here because it was very close to the location I needed to be in for a work visit. There was literally nothing...

Stayed two nights for business at a University nearby (although not walkable due to the major highway right outside the hotel). The hotel is pretty well equipped, comfortable beds, clean, and for being so close to a major street, pretty quiet. Not so memorable, but for a short business trip, it just may be the right kind of hotel for...
