The river view from the room is really beautiful. The breakfast is okay and plentiful. The decoration is good, however it feels more like the kind of decor that is used in Grand Hyatt hotels. The service is good, The rooms and pool are very clean, but nothing in the hotel is luxurious.

Booked this after reviewing the building on the Internet. Was hoping to be amazed by this Hyatt property high above Shanghai. This is more like a business hotel to me. Probably not ideal for couples and families. The location is fairly good, hotel room. The room and breakfast was good, but more like Grand Hyatt’s standards. I actually expected more since it’s a Park Hyatt property. The view from the room was great. Overall not too bad for a Park Hyatt. Do forward to returning

This is a very modern hotel situated on the 80-92 floor of a tall skyscraper and offers excellent views across the city. Sitting in the bar or lounge at night offers great views of the light show on the buildings. The rooms are large comfortable and equipped with everything you expect of a 5 star hotel. The pool area is nice and was pretty empty when I used it. The Chinese restaurant in the hotel is superb so good I eat all 3 nights I was there. Only negative I had was that the bar, restaurant and lounge area lacked any atmosphere which meant sitting in them made the hotel feel a bit cold and soulless.
