This is the most “sophisticated” of the 3 resorts we stayed at on our 10-day jaunt to Fiji and was certainly one of our favorites. From the moment we arrived we felt extremely comfortable and cared for. Everybody greeted us with a genuine “welcome home." So many things to love about Nanuku: - The property is lovely and big … with every unit (near as we can tell) right on the ocean (and with views of course) - Biking around the property on our own personal cruisers was quite fun - The staff are exceptionally friendly! - The food is creative and delicious (get a food package) - Lots of shows, entertainment, and cultural activities - Lots of beach toys (SUP’s, snorkel gear, hobie cats, etc) But I was particularly pleased with our room … while it didn’t have a big and panoramic ocean view (it had a view of the ocean through the trees), it was spacious, beautifully appointed, and comfortable … and it was landscaped so well it felt like we were in this luxurious jungle haven (with a view of the ocean). Bula Vinaka to Nanuku. We look forward to seeing you next time. Keith and Jane Carlson

Amazing, absolutely amazing! We have traveled throughout the world and we have to say that this is one of our top vacations that we have been on. The resort was absolutely beautiful and felt just like a home away from our home. Suggestion: Take advantage of the private island tour. The memories from that day will be etched into our memory bank forever! We were so sad to have to leave. Thank you for a wonderful week away!

This place was incredible, everything was so perfect. We stayed in an amazing villa that had it's own pool! We loved riding the bikes around and experiencing all the fun activities they offered. One of the best parts is the food, I mean this is some of the best food I've ever had and we live in Los Angeles! What made the experience so amazing was everyone making us feel like family. It was very hard to leave, but we will be back! A special thanks to... Avito, Freddy, Mah, Lemba, Bale, Paul, and Dan

Trip of a lifetime in this paradise. The most welcoming, friendly and caring staff always smiling. Amazing accommodation, immaculate grounds, a diverse range of free cultural daily activities, cultural evening performances and impressive cuisine . Prime location on beach frontage. Well worth every cent. A heartfelt vinaka vaka levu to all the behind the scenes staff involved such as maintenance, laundry, kitchen and ground staff, buggy drivers, concierge and in the office. As well our villa mamma Wana, our fabulous buddy Dimere, Micau, Freddy, Mah, Simmi, Fina, Paul, Lemba, Rina, Talei, Vili, Rusi, Joe, Nimi, Francine and the outstanding Chef Oliver and his team. Bubu Licia with over 50 years of Italian cooking was amazed at your gnocchi. Vinaka to Olympian Sisi for her fabulous energy and enthusiasm. Vinaka Freddy for entertaining the girls and making them feel special. Mah and Micau your smiles are inspiring. We took a local taxi into Pacific Harbour to buy souvenirs and there is a small supermarket for supplies. Did the Nanuku Island half day trip, well worth it for snorkeling. Definitely recommend a meal plan as food is phenomenal. Attention to using local, fresh produce,Fijian and international dishes are exceptional. Thanks to all the special attention given to Bubu Licia. We miss you already! Loloma levu Karas Family

We travelled to Nanuku at the end of September / beginning of October ( 2 adults, 2 teenagers, and a child ). We had read the reviews about Nanuku and were hoping it would be something special - we were not disappointed ! We stayed in a beach side duplex villa. The kids loved the pool! The villas were very private and it was fantastic to have access to the beach. The resort was superb, the food was consistenly outstanding. ( Definitely recommend a food package if that’s an option ). Nanuku has thought of everything for a relaxing family friendly holiday - from bikes to get around the resort ( that magically turn up outside your villa overnight if you walk home ) to lots of activities, and kid friendly food. It was wonderful to have a buddy to help with all aspects of our stay and and we were all very sad to say goodbye. The house mama spoiled us and nothing was ever too much trouble. We say a huge thank you to all the wonderful Nanuku staff including front office, bar and restaurant staff , to activity staff that help make the fun happen and all the buddies we had a chance to meet. As well as all the behind the scenes staff that we didn’t have a chance to meet but were always happy to say ‘ Bula’.You all made our holiday very special and we would love to come back again. We had a couple of rainy days, but there’s nothing anyone can do about the weather. We would have loved to go to Nanuku Island but the weather and timing didn’t quite work out this time. Maybe next time. Would definitely recommend Nanuku and Fiji as a great holiday destination!
