My husband, preschooler and I have just returned from a fantastic week at Mana. I was a little concerned about what to expect after reading some reviews on here, but based on my experience I only have positive things to say! The resort had been recommended to us as a family friendly resort, and that's what we found it to... More

We have just been to Mana Island Resort for one week, and whilst some complain below, we have nothing really bad to say about it. We arrived in a torrential down pour, and even though we didn't received the usual singing party, (fully understandable), we still had one guitarists and a guests relation (Viv) to meet us. We stayed in... More

We just returned from our second trip to Mana (the first was for our Honeymoon) with our 2 and 4 year old and 3 of their grandparents. The first point about Mana is that you need to go with the right expectations. It really is more 3- 3.5 star but then you get what you pay for and it really... More

The staff at Mana Island were great. Friendly and courteous. We were upgraded to a lovely 2 storey suite on South Beach without requesting it which was fantastic. We were looking forward to using the jetskis but were told they were out of action. I notice from other reviews that they've been 'out of action' for a while! They did... More

Ee arrived on 10.30 boat and were greeted by a hitler-like figure who herded everyone together and told us to SIT our room was not ready until 2pm. We were not offered any towels or anything else despite asking repeatedly and there are no public changing rooms and nowhere yo leave luggage secure until you can get into your room... More

we recently returned from Mana, stayed in a very comfortable ocean delux bure at far end of the beach with great views, wave background noise at night, great snorkling and sailing expierences. Bucketed down 1.5 days quite humid and still warm at midnight. Our 7 yr old daughter's first snorkle was an excited babbling at all the fish, echoing up... More

Bula Brett, as you may have seen, that Mana is a resort for families, couples and honeymooners, alike. Mana appeals to all different markets and there is accommodation to suite everyone’s budget. There are family rooms, and couple only rooms, including our honeymoon bures that are located on one end of the resort for honeymooners. Families are a big market... More

We recently stayed on Mana for my 40th birthday, my wife, young son and three other couples with children - a group of 13. We spent the first week on Treasure Island then a few nights on Denarau in the Radisson before heading to Mana. What a disappointment! The bure was adjoined to the one next door with paper thin... The bure type that you were put into was an Island bure, the category that you would have paid for, which is never claimed to have the Ocean View. To be upgraded to the Ocean Front Suite, you would have been shown that room before agreeing to move into the room, if you thought that it was not safe for... More

After reading some of the negative reviews recently posted on TripAdvisor I feel compelled to write to a review from my most recent holiday on Mana island. Returned some weeks ago from my 23rd or so trip to Mana Island (and 35th or so to Fiji overall). What can I say? – Mana Island Resort is perfect for a relaxing... More

Mana is definitely a great option for a family holiday. From the moment we arrived the children were entertained and made to feel special by the warmth and charm of the staff. We rarely use Kids Club with our 3 children but they wanted to be at every session they could. The charge of F$25 per child per stay is... More
