We booked a four night stay at Ratu Kini's and ended up staying for 6 weeks!! Never wanted to leave. We met so many backpackers and staff members that we now call friends.. Food was lovely and snorkelling off the back of the island was fantastic! Trip to remember :)

We all enjoyed our three days spent here. Bure was clean & roomy. Meals were generous & tasty. The staff are fantastic, especially with the kids. They loved Gus and didn't want to leave. We had fun each evening and day trips were amazing. Great dive staff and sites. Also all transfers can be organised (land & sea) which turned... More

Before you stay at Ratu Kini, you need to set your expectations or else you will probably be disappointed. We were slightly dubious about staying here as we booked directly through ratu kinis via email. We booked the "chilling at ratu kinis" package which included 4 nights accommodation, all meals, all transfers, snorkelling and kayaking. It all seemed a bit hazy as we were told on the emails we didn't have to pay anything until we had been picked... More

I mean, if you're expecting a 5 star resort, then you picked the wrong place. This island is not well developed in most areas (there is another high end resort on the other side I think) so expect to see cockroaches, frogs, lizards, etc. The dogs roam around looking for food but they're friendly. I knew what I was getting... More

If you are looking for a resort with helpful staff, clean room and good food to spend your relaxing holidays in Fiji, then this is NOT a place to go. The entire stay at this place was a disaster. I will just share a few of them here. First of all, the Room - no hot water (even there is... More

This place was so bad that my friends and I recently filed a complaint with the Fiji Tourism Board. The way the staff treats guests ranges from unfriendly to outright deceptive. A lot of the positive reviews on this site are likely due to Fiji's breathtaking seascapes and range of outdoor activities that make you forget about the hotel experience.... More

Traveled here with a group of friends for a weekend. The island is beautiful and the water is amazing, wasn't very impressed with the resort though. We stayed in the large dorm and had a ton of bed bugs. Tried to go talk to reception and they were closed the entire night, so we had no where to sleep. Left... More

Bed bugs is constant problem that gets you when you least expected. Within the travel industry, the problem is quite bad and erratic but it needs to be handled as soon as possible. One bad night of it can ruin your holiday. Our apologies to Tyler McKenna and friends for this terrible situation and thank you for letting us know. More

Buddy and I did the 4 night 10-dive package and on the second day, tropical cyclone Winston decided to swing by. Long story short we got rescued at midnight by Ratu Kini workers who carried our bags in the middle of the cyclone to a new room. There's some solid customer service. Pros: Great staff, very positive Local owned Day... More
