This is a beautiful place where you can relax or be active. My husband arrived ill and Karin and Bobo were very sympathetic and looked after us so well. We simply relaxed and enjoyed all the lovely wildlife around us. Karin's cooking is amazing for vegetarians as well as meat eaters. We loved this place.

Words cannot express how special this place is. I don't even really want to tell you about it - you just need to go and discover it for yourself... As Bobo says, you have a lucky charm if you happen upon this magical spot in the rainforest. Hidden away, survivors of Winston, delicious food, rainforest treasures, a deserted sand island...

While my husband and I only stayed two nights, we loved it. Karin and Bobo make the best hosts - warm and open, making you feel right at home. We visited just 4 weeks after Cyclone Winston, and while the damage was obvious, so too was the spirit to get things back in order. Karin's cooking is amazing - a...

7 of us (parents plus 5 children aged 15,13,11,8 and 5) stayed here for 3 nights in April this year and we couldn't have had a better time. From the tropical rain hammering on the roof at night, and playing night-time hopscotch on the walk over to Bobo and Karin's house for meals as we tried to avoid the hundreds...

Honestly one of the best holidays we've had. My girlfriend and I were looking for a real "getaway" holiday and Bobo's Farm was recommended to me by my sister. Bobo and Karin own the many acres of land you'll be adventuring through in Rukuruku and treat you like family the moment you set foot on Levuka. There are numerous activities...

This was a special experience and i highly recommend it if you aren't into big resorts and want to see the real Fij. The food was beyond amazing, and it is excellent value. It is way off the beaten path - about 45 minutes drive from the boat jetty or Levuka. You can hear the river running, and are surrounded...

Came here with my girlfriend looking for an authentic Fijian experience. We're both currently living in the Pacific so we were keen to spend as much time in the mountains/hill areas. The accommodation was perfectly-humble and clean, in a beautifully groomed garden. The dining area overlooks a beautiful little gorge. Highlight is of course Bobo and Karen - as mentioned...

Better late then never we are writing this review month later however, time seems to travel slower on Ovalau and not much will have changed since we went to Bobo's Farm in 2013 and now. Our family of 4 spent about 1 week at Bobo's Farm close to the Rukuruku Village and with all the worldwide travel we do, this...

Bobo's Farm on the old capital island of Fiji, Ovalau, is a place not to be missed by travelers on a modest budget. Located in the rain forest on the opposite side of the island from the old capital of Levuca it is one of the most tranquil places I have ever been. It has only one guest house with...

It's been 2 years since I've been here and have been meaning to write a review ever since. I will always remember Bobo's farm as one of the best things I've ever done. Karin & Bobo are one of the friendliest couples you will ever meet. They are running an inspiring self sustaining farm life here, Bobo is extremely knowledgable...
