As advertised, this resort is all that Leleuvia Island is about, surrounding by pristine ciral sands & stunning blue water. An easy walk around at low tide.

We have been on the island for 10 days. We are a Wind-, Kite- and Surf family and brought all the gear with us. We had about 5 windy days. But don't expect strong winds. You need a big kite (12/13m2) and sails around 5.5...More
Leleuvia was recommended by friends who live in Suva and vacation there often, it is a truly magical place and I can see the allure for families (although no kids were there during the 4 days/3 nights of our stay). There were both couples and...More
All I can say, what an amazing place. Yes there are restrictions with power and water etc but the staff, food and environment are superb. Get yourself there sooner rather then later. I went alone but I never felt lonely. Access to water sports was...More

The Saturday night meal is called Lovo and is a barbecue of chicken, pork and vegetables that are buried in foil and cooked in coals in the ground. Yummy. It was accompanied by salads. The breakfasts are buffet style and consist of several types of cereals, hot oatmeal, breads and fruits. Also included are tea, coffee, and juice. Eggs and omelettes are available for a charge. The lunch is served to you and are generally BBQ or wraps with a side dish. The dinners when not Lovo are served to you and are an entree with one or two side dishes and usually begin with a very tasty soup. Most of the dinners when I visited were fish as entree. Although I'm not a big fish eater, it was some of the best fish dinners I have ever eaten. The chef really knows his stuff. Dessert is not included with any of the meals but ice cream, cheesecake or cake is available anytime for a charge. There is a full bar so drinks are available for purchase anytime. The nice thing is upon checking in to Leleuvia, your host will ask you if you have any food allergies or anything you just don't like to eat and they try very hard to accommodate. I'm not vegetarian or vegan but I know there were some sides and salads that were probably meat free. All in all, the meals were quite satisfying and delicious.
