COMO LAUCALA ISLAND Arrive by flight – either private planes or resort-arranged – and you start to get a sense of how COMO Laucala Island is a private island resort that recalibrates the idea of luxury. It does this by opening up a new potential around what is becoming increasingly rare: time and space, on your terms. Located in the South Pacific, the resort features 25 Residences in a unique, Eden-like locale. Nature and architecture are sensitively blended, so the accommodation feels in balance with the rainforests, white sand and cobalt reef. To this COMO also brings numerous experiences, from sailing to soulful, island-sourced gastronomy.

This resort is next level. The most amazing resort I have ever seen. This is a natural wonderland, with so much to do. The staff are as good as anywhere I have been, the service incredible and the food amazing. The villas are equally amazing. This is heaven on earth!

Dear readers, Laucala Island is calling you. Whatever you are looking for, you will find it there! LAUCALA ISLAND = PARADISE. Our holidays for the third time started at Laucala´s private Lounge at Nadi Airport and continued on board of Laucala´s private jet. After a fifty-minute flight over the unique South Pacific with its dramatic scenery, you will land at Laucala Island´s private airport, but you will still remain in the seventh heaven! For further details see "The Blue Age of Fiji".

Stayed here and never put pen to paper for a review. Stayed here for three nights as a quick anniversary getaway. A ridiculously awesome all inclusive resort. Staff to guest ratio i dont think would be beaten on any other hotel in the world. Food and service is befitting of the billionaire who owns it (obviously). Find yourself at one end of the island wanting a yummy meal you had yesterday at the other restaurant? No problem sir we are on it... 15min later its in front of you. Pool is HUGE, multilayered, and epic. Seascooters laying around the pool if you cant be bothered swimming! Jetskis whenever you want (tidal) Went to breakfast one morning and forgot sunglasses. Whipped back to the room to find 4 service golf buggies and 8 attendant s hurriedly cleaning rooms, gardens, pool (we had our own pool), replentishing supplies etc. Crazy. Bottom line: it has the feeling you are lucky to experience a resort built by someone regardless of cost or financial return. The website is testament to this :)

Hands down the best holiday I have ever been on! The service, food, cleanliness, presentation was just incredible. The villa was to die for - two giant bathtubs - one inside, one outside. The comfiest best I’ve ever slept on I got back from this holiday completely relaxed and refreshed. Definitely add this one to your bucket list.

Was delighted to return to Laucala again; this time the resort had undergone a renovation and they also have a new private plane too which was fantastic The chef has put in fresh new menus and we particularly enjoyed the cooking classes and the pastry ones too. Big thank you to Dennis K, Funga, Dan, Mattia, Sireli, Poni, Josje, Benji and the whole team for making us feel so at home as usual.

This was the most magnificent holiday that I have ever had in my life. Staff = exceptionally friendly and professional, couldn’t do enough for you. Anything and everything you want is organised for you. Surroundings = magnificent. Food = world class deliciousness. Atmosphere = relaxed, laid back. Beat experience = swimming the horses - taking them for a hike and swimming them in the ocean. Just stunning.

Laucala Island is one of the most beautiful places on earth. We visited in 2016 and it was amazing. The staff was amazing. Anthony, the chef was great! The food was fantastic. There horseback riding, hiking and tons of water sports. The pools are gorgeous. The accommodations are incredible. This is truly a 5 star resort with every amenity you can think of. The golf course is incredible as well. We took a trip to a nearby island and hiked the same waterfall some waterfalls with big mike and it was really fun for the whole family. I would def suggest Lacula Island. The worst part was the 26 hour plane ride to get there. But even that is worth the trip.

OMG - this is the most magic place on earth!! The resort, villas and grounds are architecturally stunning. The food is wonderful, under the leadership of a wonderful Australian chef. Meat, seafood and produce from the island. An amazing "included" wine list. The thing of note however, is the genuine warmth of the service. If you can think of it, you can have it. And right now. You'd like a pig roast in your villa on your private beach - no problem - 10 staff show up to make it happen. You'd like to be one of the 120 people a year to play the golf course - no problem - caddy and golf pro ready. You'd like to visit some of the world's legendary dive sites - jump on the boat and let's go. Our children traveled with us - 6 and 17 years old. Both had an amazing time, including the younger one with the amazing nanny that was provided. Since you're unlikely to be getting married there, I won't give you the details of that (we were the tenth wedding in the resort's history). Suffice to say that about 20 staff showed up at 9am to set up for a 4pm wedding. The day was seamless, magnificent and truly beautiful. Exactly what we wanted. And all at no effort from us. The flowers alone were worthy of any global venue. I could go on and on, but realistically you just have to go. Our heartfelt thanks to the management and staff. You are truly wonderful people who made our stay magic. We will be back for every anniversary. Vinaka!

We went again for my sister’s birthday and and were amazed by the quality of the food and service! We can’t wait to go again next year! The highlight was a jet ski tour and then a special lunch on a remote beach! Looking forward to my next booking in May!
