We enjoyed our room and the beach. The pools were very nice. My one complaint however is that you cannot leave people’s room keys, room numbers, and personal information for everyone to access. This was the COVID check-in procedure they have implemented with no attendant there to stop anyone from taking this information and access to your room. This is very unsafe and a violation of privacy. Please consider changing this practice. Otherwise I am happy with my stay. Hope to visit again!

A great get away for families or a second honeymoon. We have vacationed with Escapes/Festiva for over 11 years and every visit is a memorable, good experience. The front desk staff, building manager are friendly and professional to make our stay a pleasant experience. And maintenance team was prompt to resolve concerns with appliances. We give this team a 5 star overall rating.

We loved this resort. Right on the beach, nice indoor and outdoor pools and great balcony views from unit of beach. Very spacious 2 bedroom condo. Murphy bed in living room with plenty of space. Modern and everything in good condition. Easy parking, check in and out. Walking distance to a couple good restaurants. Grocery stores a short drive. No problems. Resort contacted us via text to make sure everything was going well during our stay and good communication about maintenance coming in our room and when. (They installed 3 new tvs while we were here). Kids 8, 10 and 12 loved it, too. We had a great trip!

There was glass in our bed between the sheet and mattress cover. I cut my arm on it when it poked through the sheet. My husband removed the sheet and found several pieces of glass throughout the bed. He made a late night trip to find bandages. We told the front desk and their only (rude) response was we don’t manage that condo. We needed to contact the group that rented it to us. Which was Meyer. The next morning we drove to the main office. They had us fill out a form detailing what happened. They told us someone would contact us. It’s been a week and we have not heard from anyone. It was a bizarre incident. Luckily, I did not require stitches. The lack of concern that was shown was amazing to me. Not sure we would use Escapes to the Shore or Meyer again.

Dear glass, we are sorry you had that experience. The Meyer Rental agency manages this unit. They have their own cleaners, their own codes to the units and we are not able to access any of them. Since you booked with them, someone from Meyers should have come to your room and filled out an incident report. We instruct the front desk to ask any guest who did they book through since there are several rental agencies that occupy this building. If you had not heard for Meyer, please call them again. They should give you some type of compensation for your unfortunate experience.

The location and condo were beautiful. It was great to have the extra space for my family to visit. We will definitely stay here again once the weather warms up. Great experience overall. The inside pool, hot tub and gym were a perfect way to spend chilly days.

I have stayed at Escapes 5 times. 1504 is the worst unit of all. Complex is very nice and all units are very spacious. This unit is very poorly equipped in the kitchen. Doesn’t even have a oven mit/pot holder. Having to use a towel to get things out of oven and burned hand twice already. Called Vacasa to request help and nothing. Mold in shower ceiling is disgusting. Don’t hesitate to stay at Escapes, but don’t select this unit.

We go here every year for our Anniversary! The rooms are always clean and supplied with what you need to start your vacation. Friendly service! Beautiful view of the Gulf from our balcony. We always enjoy coming back to this place. Nice comfortable beds. Two pools, outdoor grills, hot tub, Sauna, and fitness center.

We have been coming to the Shores since 2009. It has always been wonderful. The units are very large and clean. The front desk staff, Heather, Ashlee and Cameron are among the best around. Kevin, General Manager, keeps everything running smoothly. I highly recommend Escapes to the Shores!!!

My wife and I have stayed for 5 weeks now in 2014/2015. Mostly in the studio units which have no view but are very cozy and have king size beds (all units here and all bedrooms in entire resort are all king size beds and very comfortable).
We had a few issues the first time we stayed but only because I wasn't aware of what the Studio unit came with. So just to clear that up, the studio (they call it delux studio), has the following:
Kitchen: Micro Fridge Stove top (no oven - and no dishwasher) Very small kitchen but good if you plan to stay out and enjoy the area cuisine and only cook a few meals.
Living room: Love seat that has murphy bed to pull down which is queen size and very comfy (really thick mattress A++). Big modern flat panel TV with nice sound system.
Bedroom: King size bed that is very comfy. Good size closet (appx 3.5ft by 3.5ft - big enough to stow away baggage). Dresser with 3 large drawers, 2 small drawers, and medium size TV with DVD player (living room has DVD player also and both TV's can have video game system hooked up easily).
Bathroom Standard size with standard tub/shower combo and nice size sink with lots of drawers on each side of sink.
Overall, the studio is a nice place for two people to stay.
If you want an ocean view just get the 2 bedroom unit.
The two bedroom unit has just about everything you can imagine. King beds in both rooms. Both bathrooms have walk in showers and Jacuzzi tubs. Sleeper sofa and murphy bed in living room. Two bedroom units are anywhere from 1600 sq ft to 1750 sq ft depending on which unit you get. We have stayed in unit 701 and 901 and both had private washer/dryer units (middle 2br units share wash/dryer with studio units so try to get an end unit (either an 01 or an 06).
Resort has two pools (one indoor heated), a sona, workout room, hot tub, and very nice outside grilling area.
There are plenty of things to do around here. You won't be disappointed staying here. Very friendly staff.
