The condo is beautiful! Huge corner balcony with great views of the gulf and lots of room in the unit for a large family. The kitchen is fully stocked and has been remodeled and is very modern and up-to-date. The complex is close to the beach and has very nice indoor and outdoor pools. There is also an in-ground kiddie...

We stayed in Unit 101 and it was hands down the nicest unit we've ever stayed in. The kitchen was up to date and efficient, the beds were amazing and the furniture, rooms and decor was modern and perfect for a beach condo unit. When we arrived we noticed there are a lot of senior citizens. We quickly understood why....

After I booked this condo for our family vacation, I read the other review and got worried. I looked up to see what pictures they had seen when they stayed, hoping everything had changed, since they said the couch was shot and there was no place to sit, and was really sad to see their pictures were the same as...

Beds hard as rocks. Wifi goes in and out. Old uncomfortable furniture. Both coffee pots leaked. Dryer broke on Monday and in spite of Meyer Rentals website stating broken amenities will be repaired asap we were told it would be fixed on Saturday. We leave Saturday so that doesn't help. They suggested we use a laundromat...right...because we want to spend...

We stayed at Pelican Pointe for a family vacation. The absolute best thing about the condo is that it is right on the beach. It is close to restaurants and attractions so it could not be any more convenient. The grounds and pool area are kept immaculate and there is 24 hour security which made us feel very comfortable.

We came out here for Labor Day weekend for a bachelorette party. Way over priced for this place. I understand the building is old but so are millions of other buildings and they renovate and keep places clean. The bath tub has mold in it. The carpets are filthy and one of the rooms smells like something got wet and...

My family stayed in Condo #1502 & the first night I noticed blood spots on my sheets, I thought ewwww gross dirty sheets, as the week progressed I was coming up with bites all over my body daily, my mom kept telling me it was probably sand fleas so I stopped going to the beach. By the end of our...

This was one of the best places we've ever stayed! It was huge, & absolutely lovely. None of the cheap, cheesy beach decor, spotlessly clean, & well stocked with anything anyone would ever need. We will deinitely be back!

We stayed in our daughters Inlaws condo and enjoyed it very much. It was a corner condo so we had views out every bedroom as well as the den. The Gulf of Mexico was gorgeous and we enjoyed playing with our grandson in the sand.

“Corner Units are much nicer, however, the ground floor is not very private with beach go-ers walking past your patio and windows all day! We didn't have much of a choice in the matter since we had to take what was given to us from the agency (Meyer).”
