Would go back. Beautiful place. Room was small but we went for the beach not the room any way. 4 different pools and right on beach and very close to shopping and lots of good places to eat. Sugar shake makes great drinks and very cheap

We planned a couples get away to the beach for a few days. This was by far the best place I have stayed in the area. It has 1 bedroom upstairs with a full bath and a living/dining room, kitchen, and second 3/4 bath on the lower floor. There is a pull out couch and a nice balcony. It was...

$97.20 per night $328.70 cleaning fee $240.00 cancellation fee What a SCAM!!!! I opted for the cancellation fee. I booked through Travelocity. They offered a $200 credit for my next vacation. They missed my point. Stop representing this scam!

I got a really great deal on this property because it was last minute, so I shouldn't complain because you get what you pay for but we had family staying at a brett/robinson property (phoenix 5 to be exact) and the comparison was unmatchable. Our unit was not clean, there was a dirty (maybe blood or something red on it)...

the whole place looked awful...water was standing in spots in the hall. our room was small and had a window unit. opened the cabinet and hairs were hanging off the bowls. Floors were dirty....and it smelled.

We really liked sugar beach! 4 pools, security guard, on site food and drinks at the sugar shack & on the beach. The bldg is older but each condo is owned by individuals and mine was spotless. It was small but I knew that going in and our owner was very friendly and helpful. It's close to dozens of fun...

The Sugar Beach property itself was nice enough, but our individual condo wasn't worth the money. It was outdated, small and the master bathroom shower didn't have enough water pressure to be able to wash my hair while showering.

Parking is horrible. There is guest parking but beware, the lot is always full. Too many multi car families and they sell parking passes to non-renters for $20! Not cool to sell off our spots that are already paid for. Otherwise so far so good....

I rented a condo from young last fall. It was sugar beach 262. I was told it had gulf side view which was not the case. The condo looked bigger on the web site. 2 bdrm 2 bath. It was so tiny 4 women could not fit in it our balcony was across from some another building. The pool in...

Our room is wonderful--perfect for us. Please remember when you book a condo that they are individually owned so one may great and the one next to it not so great. The condominiums have 4 pools that are accessible, beach is just steps away, snack bar complete with everything from pool toys to alcohol is just at pool side. We...

“Rooms with a view cost a little more- we had a sliver of a view and the balcony was pleasant. Ground floor is all parking and there are elevators to take your stuff up so being higher up really isn't a problem. I'd definitely be sure I get little bit of a view at least!”
